Ordered a traxxas EZ dual 4s charger
Ordered a traxxas EZ dual 4s charger. I plugged it in, the charger didn’t work so I sent it back. They are denying a refund because the charger looks worn. This company is crooked & would recommend staying away from them.

Unethical business! Stay away!
Unethical business. I accidentally ordered a 3s charger and battery instead of a 4s charger for my Traxxas Maxx. I unboxed the charger, realized my mistake and reboxed immediately. I requested a return and refund. I shipped the charger back and was first denied a refund because the unit "showed signs of wear" Being unboxed for 20 seconds I guess is hard on Traxxas Chargers? Then they kept my charger and issued a ONE PENNY refund for the brand new $180 charger. I have reported this dealer to Traxxas for this unethical business practice
