Arrived 11/10 no reservation found!

Arrived 11/10 no reservation found!After a ten hour flight got to resort,gatekeeper wouldn’t allow us onto property as name not on guest list.Fortunately my nephew was here(we pretended to be him)and were allowed in, reception couldn’t find our reservation,after some 40 minutes (we provided proof of our reservation & confirmation) finally room allocated but not what we had paid for! Tried to use toilet at about 11.30pm (we had now been awake for over 24 hours) didn’t work, so they had to get plumber after midnight, and were told (and the attitude) the room swap may take place tomorrow! The person I spoke to was more concerned that it wasn’t the hotels fault rather then understand our predicament!Next morning went to use overhead shower not working!We are not at all HAPPY,VERY DISAPPOINTED ANNOYED & FRUSTRATED we expected a lot better from HYATT!!🤐🤐🤧

I recently attended a wedding at this…

I recently attended a wedding at this resort. While the wedding coordinator fulfilled her responsibilities professionally and the guest rooms were adequate, my overall experience was disappointing due to a significant health concern.Unfortunately, seven members of our wedding party, including the groom, experienced symptoms of food poisoning after dining at one of the resort’s restaurants. As a result, the wedding reception had to be cut short, and our stay was severely impacted. Of the five to six days we spent at the resort, only two were relatively enjoyable.The issue was reported promptly; however, the response from management was underwhelming. Aside from filing paperwork, no meaningful follow-up or action was taken. I was offered the opportunity to speak with a manager—ironically, as I was on my way to the airport. By that point, I had already reported the issue and expected it to be addressed earlier, which unfortunately did not occur.This resort was formerly the Hilton Rose Hall, a property once known for its high standards and excellent service. Regrettably, since the change in ownership and branding, the quality has noticeably declined. Based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this resort to others.

We had an amazing holiday in Gouvia

We had an amazing holiday in Gouvia, Corfu. The hotel staff are an asset to the industry! Bob (concierge manager) should be highly commended for his knowledge of the hotel/place and his delightful personality dealing with customers. The potential to become CEO is there and hopefully will be recognised in the near future. The beach staff too were so friendly and helpful. The young boy who had a drinks carrier was also exceptional. He would greet us politely and always remember our specific order - perfect! The only downside of the holiday was the slopes we had to climb to get to and from the beach and also to one of the restaurants. I would certainly recommend this hotel- we had a great time there and would definitely go back.

Horrible Experience...

Horrible Experience.... thus far. I accidentally booked trip at Dreams Aventura instead of Dreams Natura (absolutely my fault - they sound so similar). I caught the mistake and immediately notified Sunwing. Sunwing would do nothing unless I bought another $8,000 package. I have emailed and called Dreams Aventura and Dreams Natura to ascertain whether I can transfer or even rent the room for an additional cost. No one from customer service at either Hyatt, Dreams Natura or Dreams Aventura have emailed me back. I have sent 2 emails over 3 days. The live chat advised that I would have to buy another package. What a mess.

really beautiful place

really beautiful place, and good service, good food. Everything was perfect. Marta, Mireia and Enrique who work at the hotel were so helpful and nice. Will definitely come again.
