The website:The dress arrived pretty quickly for what I expected. Once they received my order (nov 12) they wrote me to ask about the date I needed it for and I said the end of January. It arrived on dec 7ish.In the email they asked me if I need alterations or anything and, as requested, they sent me lots of extra scraps of fabric!! The customer service was fantastic. They didn’t respond to the last email/request I sent but the order was shipped a couple days later so it’s understandable.THE DRESS:It’s amazing. It’s exactly as in picture and the material is nice. The one I bought was something like a corset type and the breast part could be better structured but I’ll have it altered.So I give the dress a 4/5 but if we’re talking about how the shop is trustable: definitely YES!

Slow shipping/Return policy is misleading
Took 3 weeks longer than expected just to ship the dress, so we had to buy another to make sure we had one in time. They do say they offer refunds, but please note that it will cost you $350+ in shipping back to China, which you will be responsible for. That was like 3x the cost of the dress, so obviously we are stuck with it. They wouldn't even respond until I filed a claim with PayPal. Do not recommend doing business with them.

At first, i was supper worried that it wasnt going to come on time but i emailed the company a few times and they always replied straight after, i just got my dress today, two weeks before prom (i ordered around 4 weeks ago, if u plan from buying that dress, buy it asap) and i couldnt be happier, the dress is just beautiful and it fits perfectly.

Sweet 16 - Lovely tulle dress.
I ordered a dress for my daughter's sixteen birthday. I needed it fast and paid the expedited shipping rate. We received the dress exactly on time. We were blown away by the quality of the dress. Absolutely gorgeous! My daughter was right in between the size 4 and size 6 so we went for the larger size snd it fit perfect. The price for the craftsmanship is outstanding.
