Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service, I have never dealt with less helpful people in my life. You can call looking for help and get put on permahold or jerked around being told you cannot get your system serviced because it's after April. Nowhere was it said that there's a limit on dates for getting an HVAC system serviced. Overall this is a terrible choice of company for anything home warranty related. Avoid or you'll end up feeling ripped off.
