My hairline topper came with no tabs sewn in to hold the wire. I ordered med brown and I received an auburn piece of useless junk. Company offered me $10.00, told me to sew in tabs and dye the hair. Do not waste your money with this company!
This company is also known as ectchn.com & does not have a customer support number. It only uses an email address to answer inquiries about their processing & lack of tracking numbers. I'm finding it may be oart of a drop shipping company out of China. They are quick to take your money. But still not receiving any orders or shipping tracking I for. Buyer beware.
BUYER BE AWAREThis company has the following statement on the majority of their products. **This is a final sale item - no exchanges or returns allowed.** In my case it took me about 6 weeks after receiving the topper that there was more hair on one side of the topper than the other side. Initially I thought the clips were not placed properly so I adjusted them, but it still did not sit on head properly and eventually i noticed the lack of hair on one side. This company was not keen to consider this problem, they told me to move the part, which definitely was not going to work for me, and i had already had the topper styled with a middle part. I told them the only solution for repairing the topper was to adjust the hair at the base, and they told me if i wanted this done I would have to return the topper to an address in China at my expense, because this was a 'sale item' and therefore it was not covered by their return policy of 15 days. I did not want to take this risk as there was no guarantee that the product would ever get to this address. So my $400 topper is now sitting in a cupboard and not being used. Very disappointed with this company. Also please note that there is no option to provide a review on their website, however there are numerous positive reviews on there!!
I ordered a curly hair topper and I was so disappointed. The scalp looks so unnatural and it basically looks like a toupee. This product comes from China, so when I contacted the company in order to return, they gave me an address to return to Texas and informed me that they had to charge me a 15% restocking fee plus a $18 shipping charge (keep in mind I'm paying to send it back to them so they can then send it to where it actually came from). This shows they don't know what they are selling and it is a drop shipping situation. They did confirm that the product does look fake cause it is machine made but that some customers where happy with their item. So now I'm out half of what I paid on this and they just don't take any responsibility and are punishing people who purchase from them by having them lose money.
A big patch of hair feel out of the mono portion of a topper when my hairdresser was putting in dark roots. I had never worn, washed, or combed it before she worked on it. She did the exact same process on 5 other toppers and none of them shed hair. Customer service refused to exchange or refund.
I have emailed e-litchi a few times about a return and my messages keep getting denied and getting sent back to me. They sent me the wrong color of topper. At this point I just want my money back.
The base on this topper is very stiff and leaves bumps and lumps on top of my head because it won't fit snugly. The part is in the middle and they say it can be changed but this is a major project and the stiching shows through on the new part. The dark brown color is actually a medium brown. Order at your own risk...they do not want to give you a return on your money so you will be stuck with it.
I purchased a hair topper for a client from this company. The topper came quickly and was packaged nicely. The hair quality was very good. The product did not work. The base was stiff. When I attempted to clip the piece to the front hairline it popped away from the head. You could see the edge of the base. When I attempted to return it, they were responsive. They offered to let me keep it for a 20% refund. I probably should’ve excepted that because in the end they charge a 15% restocking fee ($12.55) + $18 shipping + my cost to ship it back ($15). Don’t waste your time or money.

I bought a wavy hair topper from e-litchi based on a YouTube influencer was sent one for review and honestly after 1 wash the hair started coming out and now the part line has bald patches! Nope - never again. Big waste of money. There are better companies out there that have quality hair topper products for around the same price. E-Litchi, you need to do better.
Their topper section is filled with stolen images of women who are going through medical hair loss that they have stolen off of Instagram without their permission.None of these women have either used, nor purchased an e-litchi product. One of my pictures was also stolen as well as my friends. The pictures are NOT pictures of their products.They are lying, so buyer beware that the product shown in the pictures of these women are not e-litchi products.
My hair is naturally thin and fine and with these i finally have that long thick hair Ive always wanted! The wire does sit back a bit farther than how ive seen in videos but i also have a big head so that might have something to do with it
