There software doesn't work and their refund policy is fake. Do yourself a favor and do not sign with this company. This has been a terrible experience. I spoke with a representative named George, who told us we would receive a refund as long as we notified them in time — which we did, two weeks before day 27 of the first month. When we filed a dispute after they refused to refund us, they told the merchant we were “two days too late,” which is completely false. We have the full email chain to prove our timeline, so I’m not sure why they would misrepresent the facts. Save your money — this company is not trustworthy.
I've been working with E-mail marketing for about a momth. We started with them due to low inbox open rate and also our domain reputation wasnt great.
