This company is just worst I have ever used i purchase a auto mobility scooter from waited 5 weeks for it and when came work great for a week then it would not fold back up gave them send it back ln original box witch it would not fit because it came folded and at my own expense avoid this company at at all cost

I do not write reviews but have to share experience about this company. 1st of the month I ordered online a mobility scooter with a 4-8 day delivery tag. Only communication was receipt by email. On the 8th I rang to be told it would be the following week 11-15th. On 15th I rang told it would be Monday 18. I rang 18,19 & 20th to be to next day. Interestingly it wasn’t picked up by ups on 18th on standard delivery. On 21st I rang giving a deadline of lunchtime before taking to the press. Within half hour I received a call stating it would be dispatched from manufacturers on overnight to arrive next day Friday. Didn’t arrive. Rang Saturday 23rd stating it was over 3 weeks so for them to cancel the order and refund my credit card. On Monday 25th scooter arrived. I called and as order had been cancelled on the Saturday requested collection. I was told it would be collected Wednesday 27th. It’s now Thursday 28th and still no collection. I rang only to be told my son had rung and questioned why I should be charged for collection. No member of the family knew about the situation so call was never made. Once I started stating that I was told I was being aggressive and had phone put down on me. I’m at a loss as to how a company can survive if this is a snapshot of their customer service

Great price on Blue Poppy Allerease/terrible customer service
Great price on Blue Poppy Allerease; I had ordered from them once before, and product just over 10 days to arrive. I emailed on the 11th day and received a response and all was good. Placed another order 1/5/2021, and after 2 weeks and 3 emails, I got an email response saying they were waiting for delivery from the mfg. Understandable, because, pandemic. Today, 2/16/2021 I emailed again, strongly worded yet polite, because they do not provide any updates or other communication. In a quick return email I was told my order was now canceled and I would be refunded. We will see if they follow through. Paid through PayPal, will open a dispute if necessary.

Awful. I placed an order. After 10 business days I contacted the company, was told it would arrive in 7-10 business days. I wrote again saying it was the 10th business day. then several more emails telling me my product was on the way- then an email saying they could not get the product!!! I did get my $ back, but the communication on their part was awful.

Never again will I order any products…
Never again will I order any products from this company nor do I recommend them!Waited for the product for over a month only to be told the supplier was out of the product. And this was only because I contacted them or I probably would never had heard from them.Well, now after canceling the order and requested a refund, STILL waiting!Beginning to think they ripped me off $145

They never returned phone calls and email
I ordered three bottles of Holistrol. When they arrived, the expiration date was only a month away. They told me to return the product and that they would correct the problem. They also told me they would refund the shipping cost (after all it wasn't my fault I had to return it). After months of trying to contact them, they never returned a phone call, never responded to my emails, I opened a complaint with BBB.And, they never responded to the BBB also. Do NOT do business with this company. They will rip you off. Check the BBB reviews for this business ALL 1 STAR!!

I placed an order with this company the beginning of July for 3aircool24.Late July I received an email from them saying the product was shipped to wait 5days for tracking. I tried to track with no luck, send them 4 emails no reply, I got in touch with my credit card company and put a stop payment, I then received another email saying sorry for the delay, the product will be shipped soon.August 23rd, I received a package from them with only one item and not the one that I ordered, I sent it back to them at the cost of $22.25 . Today August 25th, I received an email from Easyliving4u saying that my order is being shipped, I replied not to ship as I don't want their product anymore.The saga continues.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company

Horrible
Horrible! Total scam. My order came from China after three months, never even arrived. The shipping company (17TRACK whatever that is), didn't even have my shipping address anywhere. When I try to go to the easyliving4u (ah the irony) site, it just suspiciously flickers non-stop (very similar to creating a virus on my system. I have never dealt with such incompetence and unprofessionalism in my life.

I emailed them 4x to try and resolve the matter either get a partial refund or the product.I will never use this site again. I repeat DO NOT USE

These guys are a joke I ordered supplements from them then 10 days later they sent me an e-mail saying order canceled, no sorry, no explanation, no suggestions.Not only that shows lack of professionalism, but makes me wonder if the site is a scam just bent on getting my credit card number.Don't send them your info.

Let's talk about Easy Living Health's …
Let's talk about Easy Living Health's customer service. It's horrible. They do not call back, but they might send you a note on your order, of which has a horrible response with little to no answer to your question. But the best part, after waiting 17 days for the order to leave the "processing" stage, they cancel it! Do yourself a favor, use anyone, ANYONE else.

Do Not Buy from this company
They sent me the wrong product. I let them know before the 30 days were up from the time I received the product, and they state nothing can be done. So... I was sent the wrong product and all I can do is file a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company.

incredibly frustrating!
I ordered some Omega 3 supplements on Jan 2nd. I specifically waivered the "signature service" as I have a safe place for packages on my porch and since I work, I'm not able to sign for deliveries. It would require me to go to the Post Office which is very inconvenient.I contacted the company on Jan 12th - over than expected 5-8 business day time frame indicated for delivery.I received a message with an acknowledged apology "for the delay" indicating the shipment would happen the next day. I received the package today, Jan 22nd, after taking time off work to get to the Post Office...since I was notified I had a "signature confirmation required" package. My order to the Easy Living Health Company was handled in a very unacceptable and inattentive way...it took 21 days to get to me and the one directive that I specified was totally ignored.

my order arrived on time & correct
After reading some of the bad reviews I became nervous about an order I placed. I hadn't received my email conf. and when I left a phone msg. they never responded. But I looked at the order status and it said it was being processed. I decided to wait. THE ORDER ACTUALLY CAME JUST AS THE SITE SAID IT WOULD AND IT WAS NOT LATE. thank you Easy Living Health. I will continue to order from this company, even though they need a customer service rep to answer questions and send emails.dia in TN

Bad unacceptable experience
I waited 11 days for my order when I called them I had to leave a message they never called me back, then cancelled my order. They charged my card, the very day i placed the order now I have to make sure that I get my money back. I will never order from them again. They have bad or correction no customer service all. This is not a reputable company all....if I could give them a 0 I would..

Long silence to process and ship, out of stock and no communication.
I ordered and paid quickly, there was no update on my order. Waited and waited.... when the order arrived it was short two items and the invoice was not modified. Will now have to check credit card to see if invoice was modified. Will not order from them again when there are many more professional options out there.

I ordered a product from this company and waited the 8 business days before I tried to contact them. I never received my product so I logged in to check my status, they cancelled my order and never told me! I called 3 times and never got to talk to anyone in person. Emailed them finally got a response saying they never took out my money from my account, which they did it shows in my bank account. They said they would look into that because they didn't see it, I told them not to worry about it you're too hard to work with I'll just contact my bank. They told me not to do that to let them take care of it or my bank would charge myself and them. I gave them until the end of business day to fix it because I was already fed up with them. And I actually gave them one more day still nothing back! I have now called my bank and they are fixing it for me. I don't believe they are a real company, and all the good reviews are from them!
