Bought a false advertised car

I just bought a car through eBay motors the dealers name is Drivewave motors Birmingham. False service history, and false timing belt receipt. In the first two weeks I have spent £1100 in timing belt replacement and air con broken ,I can't use the car. He is advertising cars on the same basis in eBay motors . eBay motors I have all the evidence, don't let these scammers advertise through you .

Avoid con

Absolute worst experience ever locked me into a contract small print states contract auto renews then after contract finished took money out of my account (there mistake) and I have been battling for 6 months to get it back avoid all account managers ignore you don’t get back to you and are only helpful when signing you up to a contract they are now saying that even though they took the money out of error there is a charge for the 1st 8 days of the contract I didn’t sign or authorise and I will not receive a full refund absolute waste of space and does not generate any sales anyway stick to Autotrader guys this is forced contract via eBay to sell vehicles

Been with EBay pro for about 5 years now as we run a sales garage there customer service is awful always say thay will call back never get a call back thay are going down hillThere taking £1200 a month for some thing that is not working right

been with motors for 10 years its now terrible no e mails phone call's £1000 per month 30 minits wait to talk to staff never ring you back im out in two weeks feel a lot better then

Terrible service and countless problems

Had many issues with ebays portal many times.. most recently it goes weeks on end without allowing us to add or renove stock.. have sent over 10 emails and tried contacting our account manager and no one resolves the issue or even bothers to respond.. as a trader i advise to not use them, probably the worst service we have ever experienced as a business

Without doubt

Without doubt, i have come to the conclusion that the customer service is THE WORST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. Absolute real shame as the company selling platforms are well set up. I have a small very simple query, just to add a change to my account. Yet i have spent the last 4 days, numerous calls, mostly in a queue, when I do get through, I'm told you need to speak to so and so and I am put through, hold on for another 25 mins, thne give. try again same procedure, makes you feel sick that I am paying these iNCOMPETENT PEOPLE £600 a month & they provide this rubbish service.While writing this review, I am on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone, called them at 4.45pm and currently waiting for a reply and its 5.37pm.If any senior person at ebaymotorspro is reading this, Please wake up, before your ebaymotorspro goes down the toilet, your welcome to contact me and I can fill you in with my worst experience with your company. Your customer team is destroying the company.-5/5 .. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN UK

Really awful support and customer…EBAY MOTORS PRO GUMTREE GREEDY, SELFISH AND UNREASONABLE

Really awful support and customer services.As a motor dealer we are prohibited from opening our premises due to covid 19 Corona Virus, we have been asked by our customer relations manager to keep our adverts live to generate leads🤦🏻‍♂️, we have been asked to pay our outstanding invoice for March and they generously said they would defer payment for April’s invoice for 90 days, even though we are not allowed to open or trade by law!!Our rep says we still have a advertising contract !! Unbelievable !!I can’t believe a company as rich and as big as EBAY are acting in this Selfish manor, We explained that we do not have funds to pay the outstanding invoice at the moment, we have not received ANY government help so far, I do not qualify for 80% of my wage as I am a self employed director of a limited company who only receives a dividend, not a wage.Our family at present has no income whatsoever !! And ebay has the Audacity to attempt to enforce a contract for advertising ?? People are dying !
