These good reviews MUST be bots. I ordered and got a poorly scanned almost looking bootlegged version of the textbook, turned 800 pages of text info 3,600+. And now when trying to process a refund I get no response. Horrible site, don't buy from them.

The website sold the book for 80% off compared to normal prices, was able to redeem the book instantly. Found out that the book was incorrect, and was given a refund immediately. Will be using again!

I accidentally ordered two online PDF books when I meant to order one, and I didn’t realiz. They then later reached out to me and asked if I meant to do that when I told him I didn’t mean to they gave me a partial refund on it. what a great company.

i made an order and I found out I don’t need this book actually. And I contacted the customer service, they responded really fast and refunded me. I will absolutely return next time if I need e-books.
I bought a textbook from them because it was the cheapest option I could find. The PDF that I got was clearly just the book scanned (poorly btw) and then all pasted into a file. No page numbers, no way to go to a specific page, and parts of the page are cut off. The original textbook is a little over 600 pages. This document was somehow 2000 pages long. I attempted to reach out to the customer service and was just asked why I bought the textbook if I was going to immediately get a refund. After sending a response I was ghosted and given no refund. Do not buy from this company unless you want an obviously bootlegged version of a textbook.
I got my PDF version of the exact book I wanted and it reads perfectly. Pearson rips off students so often that I will just assume the website has the right to sell it, and if not, then maybe we should stop making corporations equal to people and do something about the largest wealth gap the USA has seen in since we stole this land or the Great Depression. The pdf is not functional with no page number and unable to add highlights even, I requested a refund but never got a reply. This is such a scam.
Ordered a PDF, received a receipt and no PDF. The bot messenger didn't help at all. Website advertises "instant delivery after purchase" also advertises 5 star on trustpilot which is untrue as well.
They are using pirated textbooks bruh as well as claiming pdf, but giving epub
I was charged for a pdf, but never received it.
