As someone who’s not very technical, I truly appreciated how clearly you explained everything, answered my many questions, and even remoted in to ensure I could successfully send my cards. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
We loved the ability to customize our eCards, and the entire setup process was very smooth. Anything we had an issue with, the amazing customer service team was ready to help us at a moment's notice. Although it's possible there are other eCard websites that have more customizable options or other features, I would stick with eCard Widget solely for their amazing customer service. They even took our suggestions back to their team and actually implemented them in the app for easier customer use. Unfortunately, due to issues with Stripe (the external payment provider linked to eCard Widget), we had to put our subscription on hold, but we hope to be back soon once those issues are resolved with Stripe

Very flexible, User friendly, Excellent Support
I highly recommend eCardWidget! It is very customizable and super user friendly (and I am an individual with no web coding ability).With eCardWidget you can create unlimited widgets (like categories) and unlimited ecards. I appreciate how the app also lets you create custom branding of ecards at all plan levels. You can upload premade ecards and music (as I do), or you can create simple ecards right in the app platform. Lacking in time or creativity you can get started right away by taking advantage of the complimentary ecards included.eCardWidget easily integrated into my website (a line of code is provided with each widget for this purpose).Technical support from eCardWidget is superb with thorough explanations, quick replies and efficient fixes. Tim has gone above and beyond to ensure that eCardWidget works perfectly for my website needs, to power ecard sharing of Free Christian eCards by users around the world. I am so grateful.Try eCardWidget and you won't regret it!

Great platform, even better support!
I do not write a lot of reviews, but I am so pleased with eCardWidget, I just had to.Briefly on the platform itself -- I do all of our eCards starting with my own (or licensed) art and photography and found getting started easy with the tutorial videos as a guide. The UI is very intuitive as well. Once I have my cover art and any inside content ready, I can have an e-Card 'published' in minutes.Support starts with a Chat agent that I believe is backed by docs and perhaps a knowledge base and it has covered my question quickly on multiple occasions. It is easy to get one's question to a person as well, and once there, again on multiple occasions, Tim and others are responsive and very helpful, covering questions and solving issues with care and skill. My latest support request ended with a wonderful update to some card category functionality which will greatly aid users of my site to find the eCard they are looking for.I highly recommend the eCardWidget.com application and the team that develops and supports it, to anyone who wants to stage eCards online.
