Edge Home Finance has hired an ID Thief. She stole my ID and ran up credit cards in my name. The police would not do anything because the bank is the victim. The bank would not do anything because they just write it off. She has lived off of stolen credit cards for years. She has been evicted for not paying rent from several states. Edge Home Finance gives her access to your personal financial records. She opens credit cards in your name and ruins your credit and your life. Edge Home Finance did nothing when they were told of her activity.
I had an amazing experience with Greg. He is very knowledgeable with the mortgage loan process, attentive to my needs, actively listened, has integrity, and response time was exceptional. But most importantly, Greg made me feel comfortable with not only the mortgage loan transaction, but relocation from another state went smoothly. He was able to reduce my stress-level and I greatly appreciate him. I recommend Greg for all mortgage-related matters.

As a first time homebuyer the process can be overwhelming. When we met Greg West we already had ideas put into our heads about the process and closing costs from other mortgage companies. Greg and his team were so patient with us and explained things, answered our questions throughout the entire process of our new construction home build, all the way to the closing table - where he saved us THOUSANDS of dollars on our cash to closing numbers! Greg was absolutely amazing. He showed me that your lender is just as important or more important than your realtor. He was very knowledgeable about his products but also took a great amount of time to make sure I understood what I was getting into. The customer service and communication was great. I never felt like just another check. I of course shopped around to other lenders but no one could beat his rates! In fact, he saved me at LEAST $10k!!! Overall I came out of pocket with less money and lower interest rates.
Gregory West is a Life saver! A couple months ago Rocket Mortgage denied me for a home loan. A couple weeks go by and I’m scrolling on Instagram and see Greg is doing Mortgages. Instantly I booked a consultation to see what he had to offer. I went from causally thinking about a place to closing on a New Construction In less than 2 months. Very Knowledgeable Lender with Real estate of his own. Best choice by far.
