Exceptional customer service and beautifully crafted products. I remodeled a guest bath with EM vanity, mirror and sconces. The vanity marble top arrived damaged and the sconces pushed to a much later back-order date. BUT both issues were immediately remedied by quick and kind responding customer service. My project was completed on time and I couldn't be happier with the end result. My bathroom is stunning!! I will use EM again and be quick to recommend.

Pretty tile, old rug styles
Pretty tile. Love how it looks. Ordered some rugs - they’re not accurately depicted on their website don’t be fooled. They’re old loloi rugs under different names . Then if you want to return the rugs is a 25% fee plus paying for return shipping. I get charging return fees for tile but for old style rugs not labeled at loloi is silly

The tile I ordered was meticulously packed with extreme caution and arrived in great shape. It looked just as good as pictured on their website, if not even better. The best part, my contractor was short on tile because of a few changes I made, I ordered more and they expedited the order with it arriving only 3 days later without me asking. I would definitely recommend this company and furthermore will be buying from them again for my master bathroom remodel. Thank you very very much!

Tile quality + replacement shipping delays
My $800+ order arrived with two of the five boxes containing broken tiles. My initial request or replacement boxes was not processed correctly. The second request sent the two replacement boxes at different times (without notice). All of this delayed my project significantly. The replacement boxes contained broken tiles as well.

Inconsistent and expensive
The tile itself looks amazing but there are so many defects. There are tiles that are different sizes, not by much but it adds up when 1/16 of an inch is added over and over again in a space. Some of the tiles aren’t squared, also poor shipping many chipped and chipped/broken tiles. Customer service is sending replacement tiles but I’m hoping they’re in better condition. Only reason I didn’t leave a one star review as they are very expensive.
