My full experience of 1st seeing Instagram ads, then positive YouTube reviews, quality of materials in comparison with other top mattress brands, and the cost sold me! Not only did it check all the boxes as a new mattress, but the fast shipping made it even better! The mattress looks and feels cooler than a polar bear's toenail! I'm already telling friends about it because the way our early to mid 40's backs feel, a quality mattress is foundational to great relaxation!

I purchased an EGO mattress specifically because it advertised a 100-night trial, which gave me confidence that I could return it if it didn’t work out. The mattress was delivered on Friday, and by Monday I contacted customer service because it was extremely uncomfortable and I wanted to initiate a return under the trial.Instead of honoring the trial policy, customer support repeatedly tried to push the situation into a “warranty evaluation” process that requires photos and defect verification. I made it very clear that I am not claiming a defect, I simply want to return the mattress under the trial they advertise.This has resulted in multiple back-and-forth emails with no actual return instructions provided. It feels like they are intentionally creating hurdles to avoid honoring the trial period they use as a selling point.If you are considering this mattress because of the “risk-free trial,” be aware that returning it may not be as straightforward as advertised.I’m still waiting for them to provide the proper return process.Per this review response they say they have requested photos and don’t receive a response. This is not true. They wanted photos with a broom and multiple measurements for the warranty. I’m not requesting the warranty. I’m requesting a refund under the advertised 100 day trial.

My mattress arrived in great condition and in 2 days! Ordering was a breeze and they had a code which gave us a great deal! I even reached out to customer support on how to have my old mattress removed and they assisted with that too! Oh and my mattress is amazing! Getting the best sleep of my life!

Everything made my experience worth buying an Egohome mattress!!! The sale was amazing, website was easy to navigate and my order came so much quicker then anticipated! Honestly its taking a little time to get used to. I purchased this bed to help with neck & shoulder pain. This bed was easy to put together, I got a split king and the only difficulty I had was finding directions on how to use the connector straps so both sides stay together. I love the vibrating option, it soothes my muscles after a long day and helps me get ready for sleep. The first couple of nights I didn't sleep well, but I am getting used to it, and working to find the perfect adjustments for me. The mattress is firm, but cool and it feels like I melt into it. Overall, its been a great experience and I think in another couple of days I will be sleeping better than ever. My pain is reduced and I think once I am fully adjusted it will be a great improvement.

Best Affordable Hybrid Mattress
I appreciate EgoHome Customer support i had a problem with my first order but the support team help me all the way through my second order which is EgoHome Black Hybrid 14” Mattress. I am a heavier person and the hybrid mattress is perfect for me. Quality memory foam on top and springs at the bottom for support made this the perfect bed for me and still affordable. I also love the quality of the mattress cover and would recommend EgoHome Mattresses

I Made a Great Choice!
I love my Ego Home mattress so far. The purchase process was very easy with lots of comparison information available to help me choose the best mattress for my needs. I was waking up in the mornings with back and neck pain. For the last week I have woken up refreshed and not in pain. Shipping was lightning fast and came in 2 days. The convenience of the packaging (vacuum sealed) is easy to handle and easy to deploy. My mattress is a full queen size and fits the entire frame of the bed with no gaps on the sides. That's a win! The experience was great overall, great service and great quality. I will definitely recommend this mattress!

I fall asleep fast on this mattress and stay asleep. It’s plush on top but supportive underneath, so it doesn’t feel like you’re sinking.I did have a little lower back soreness the first few mornings, but it feels like my body adjusting to better support. It goes away once I’m up and moving. Overall, the sleep quality has been great.For the sale price, this feels like a high-quality hybrid and definitely worth it.

This bed is by far the most comfortable bed we have ever had. We have the king memory foam. We used to have the nectar bed but this one is a fraction of the price and is like a cloud. I am a stomach sleeper and my husband is a side sleeper and we both agree that this bed is amazing. Do not hesitate!!

Great mattress and even better customer service
I’m new to EGOHOME, but after seeing a post from a friend on Instagram demonstrating how sturdy this mattress is, I was sold. I bought the 14" Black Hybrid Queen during the President’s Day sale and used a welcome code, so I got it for a really good price. Shipping was super fast! I ordered it Feb 16th and it was here by the 19th. Unboxing and setup were pretty easy; you just have to follow the instructions provided. I did have one small issue. After giving it the full 48 hours to rise, the middle stayed at 13 inches while the ends were 14 inches, so it had a bit of a sink in the center. I messaged customer service and they were so helpful and quick to respond. I sent over photos and measurements like they asked, and they approved a replacement right away. They even suggested I donate the first mattress, which I definitely plan to do. Even with the flaw on the first one, I really love this mattress. It’s medium-firm and sturdy, and since it’s a hybrid, I can definitely feel the support I needed for my back. It also stays really cool. I’m just waiting on the shipping email for the replacement now, but overall I’m happy I bought it. My next purchase will definitely be their pillows!

Im still waiting for my mattress to inflate but so far so good, im excited to sleep on it. I will be honest, I did use katapult for payment and they have genuinely been so hard to work with, the company is glitchy, so maybe using a different company on that front? But other than that not horrible

Very comfortable, but very large
The mattress itself is very comfortable, not too soft and not too firm, seems to provide an ample amount of support where needed when you lay on it, but it's much larger than expected. It was too big for the bed frame we purchased, and it hangs over our original box spring by a few inches all around. I'm noticing less neck pain so far which is awesome, back pain hasn't gone down yet, but my fingers are crossed! It's definitely a great value!
