In August paid for ITIN service, initial contact with person so called “Prince”(last name never provided) apparently the sales guy to hook you in. 2nd contact Sina Bonabi, he contacted for all documents(passport and other personal info). 3rd contact an interview with some lady. After submitting all documents, they sent a confirmation, this was in October. Last week I have sent them at least 5 emails, whatsapp messages for an update..zero response. I called IRS, they confirmed that ITIN application was never submitted. I have filed a complaint to State Attorney General where they are registered and to Better Business Bureau for deceptive and unfair business practices. STAY AWAY from this company.
Super disappointed with this service. We trusted them with our ITIN application because the initial setup process (skype, paperwork, etc.) seemed professional. But once they had our documents, the communication basically died.We spent months chasing them, only to be told to 'wait a bit longer.' Turns out, they were just running out the clock. As soon as it was too late to dispute the charge, they stopped answering emails entirely. We never got our ITIN. It feels pretty calculated and we feel totally misled.
This party was very professional in both their process and their communication about my ITIN application. I've received my ITIN and I'll defintely recommend them.
Paid for the ITIN service, very responsive at first, then didn’t hear anything for months, no replies at all, even tho I wrote multiple emails! Then received a refusal of ITIN from the IRS without information from Them.After weeks of hassle I finally got a response that they are very sorry and that they will try to get my ITIN again and it should take 4-7 weeks. That was in JUNE, so now after 7 months = 28 weeks later, no ITIN, no reaction to any communication. Stay far away from this company!!!

There were also administrative issues early on, including a duplicate charge, which was resolved after escalation.Once the matter was escalated, communication improved and the requested documentation and status information were provided. The service was completed, but the experience required patience and persistence due to delays and limited proactive communication earlier in the process.
