Great Hidden Gem with Competitive Prices!
eKnightMedia is a great site with competitive prices! I have been a longtime customer for many years and have always had a fantastic experience! They are reliable and carry a great assortment of items.The only downside I'd say is that in the past year or two, they stopped packaging items as well as they used to (usually always bubble-wrapped) and introduced "collector packaging". I understand that this is probably due to rising costs and resources, but it was an extra touch about eKnight I always loved. Sad it isn't the same. I also wish they informed customers of the change because I had gotten damaged items and had to work with customer service to exchange them and noted their packing style had changed.Nevertheless, they still have some great prices and items!

Great prices and great shipping. My go-to store for anime figures.
I've just received my 8th or so anime figure from this website. Eknight Media is usually my go-to store for anime figures due to their relatively low prices and fast and free shipping.I can't comment on customer service nor returns, because I've never needed to talk to them nor return anything. I've been satisfied with all my orders, and every time that I've shopped at Eknight Media has been hassle-free.Overall, I find them consistently and reliably great. Definitely an underrated store.

It is impossible to contact support because I have tried emailing them and calling them but I get no response. I wanted to cancel my two orders but instead, I will file a dispute with my bank and PayPal.I placed my preorder at the beginning of the year and have not heard back. It is a scam and I want my money back because putting a deposit on the items seem like a scam.

Reliable, great customer service
I've been ordering from Eknightmedia for years. They have a generous shipping policy, competitive pre-order prices, and has a service that caters to in-box collectors, which is rare these days. Their customer service is fantastic. Very quick responses, honest, and considerate. You know you're talking to a person who understands collectors and does their best to help customers, rather than someone who just gives rote company responses. I was very impressed with the service on a recent order I received and how they went above and beyond to ensure my order arrived in perfect condition. This is my first review on Trustpilot because I feel more people should know about them! :)Edit: In regards to the 1-star review below, I would like to add that the return policy is stated very clearly on the website and is basically the norm that I've seen for companies that sell collectibles/figures. Back-and-forth shipping is expensive. I am an in-box collector, so I purchase the Collector Packaging Upgrade which is a very reasonable $4 that covers potential return shipping costs. I've never had to return anything as their packaging is very good. Amazon does offer easy returns, true, but their authenticity can be suspect and it is luck of the draw as to whether you get a minimally damaged item or something that looks like it's been battered and drop-kicked.

Buyer Beware!
Buyer Beware! If you ever need to return an item their customer support is extremely argumentative and will do anything to make the process as difficult as possible for you. Retailers like this are why people flock to Amazon for their support and ease of support processes. You will not find that here. When returning an item I had to not only pay for return shipping which I did, but I had to reach out to them for and get an update days later. Upon which they charged me for original shipping even though the order was for free shipping. The invoice states a 0 dollar charge for shipping yet they deducted a fabricated shipping cost out of my refund. There was no mention of a cost of that nature and it does not follow FTC guidelines for refunds, with no itemized shipping charge. Save yourself a headache and purchase from a reputable store!

Reliable and Excellent customer service
I've been ordering from Eknightmedia for several months now. Can't say enough how great this company is. They've been very reliable and have excellent customer service. Very happy and one of the best US anime shops online :) Way better than Kozuguru. So, glad that they don't charge preorders until it is available and they usually have preorders available. I'm willing to wait since I'm not precharged for it. It gives me a piece of mind to know I don't have to bug my credit card company or paypal near the deadline if items don't arrive. Any issues arise, they are quick to assist. The rewards sys is consistent and free shipping are a great incentive. Prices are great too. Packaging for the most part is good. There is always room for improvement thoughBut, one of the best compared to other anime online stores. I highly recommend buying from them.

Good shop with responsive customer service
I really like this shop. They have some of the best prices for import collectibles, and they are very reliable. They respond to emails within 48 hours. When I first started ordering from Eknightmedia, I really liked that they used biodegradable starch packing peanuts. Lately though, they have switched to styrofoam, which is not only bad for the environment, but quite annoying when you open the box and bits fly everywhere. I hope they switch back to a greener option. Aside from that, I've had no issues with any orders in 2 years+.
