Weeks to get a simple order out
These guys are a real company and seem friendly, but are totally ridiculous with the time it takes to process orders. After ordering I was informed my product was not in stock and it would ship in 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks and no tracking number, I chased them and was told they only order once every 2 weeks from the supplier, so it will be into stock and shipped out the next business day (checked their incoming delivery). Well, I had to chase again and they still haven't shipped it out now 2.5 weeks into the order and offer to cancel it. I'm beyond frustrated since I could easily have gotten my products in ~1/3rd of the time and maybe for ~$1 more in my case. AVOID this place if you care about getting your order in any reasonable time frame and don't believe their estimated times for shipment.
