Mixed feelings
Mixed feelings - came quickly, got stuck in and resolved the problem. But charged over £500 and didn't leave me a receipt or any breakdown of the cost.

Outrageous prices- bullying tactics
Prices not clear at outset. Hourly rate of £250 an hour only provided when electrician was on site. Plus VAT plus 15 percent admin chargeElectrician failed to fix problem. Felt pressured into paying straight away as electrician said he could not leave till I had paid. Will be reporting to trading standards - and making claim in small claims court. Do not use.

They are cons.
They are cons.. avoid at any cost. I called them out on busy Saturday night for a trip. I was told it is £80 for a call out. When the guy got here I was given an estimate of £500 which I did not mind as long as it was fixed. The guy just did some formality checks and assured me that he has found fault and that he can fix it. He also assured me that I will not call anyone or him for this specific issue. 20 minutes after he said he is fixed the issue he demanded the money. Just 5 minutes after I paid him, he just vanished and system tripped again and I was back to square 1. I called the company who hanged up upon my call, i tried to call the guy who never answered. I am thinking of taking this company to court for deception. They benefit from people’s vulnerable situation and con them. I sincerely wish this doesnt happen to anyone else. Please avoid these fraudsters…I am sure they will come back again in the market after few more bad reviews and con people with new name

Kept actual charges from me until electrician arrived
Before you accept a call out find out what the hourly rate is. For me I was told only once the electrician had arrived that it was £295 per hour or part of an hour. The call out charge was £89 but that turned out to be before VAT. The controller on the phone was unpleasant, sarcastic and misleading.

Hidden charges and dangerous workmanship
The hourly charges are not made clear before you book and vary from job to job, as the engineer told us. We paid £195/hr plus a £75 call-out fee (the only charge we were warned of on the phone) plus a 0.15% admin fee. Apparently these charges were quite low by this company’s standards. The charges are only emailed to you when the engineer arrives.The wait time was much longer than promised on the website or when booking over the phone. When the electrician did come, he was very pleasant and said he had fixed the problem in under an hour. However, five minutes after he left, we turned on a kitchen appliance to be faced with smoke billowing through the sockets, an acrid smell in the air and our RCD tripping on the fuse board.We had to call out another emergency electrician straight after paying £382.00 to electricians immediately.They refused to refund us. They did offer to send the same engineer back later that night without a callout charge and an hour’s free work. However, after speaking to a very nice local emergency electrician we realised that the first guy did not have the correct equipment to diagnose the problem in the first place. Have complained to Trading Standards. The next electrician charged only £80/hr late on a Saturday night, with no call-out fee or admin charge.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I phoned to book an electrician, I was told there would be an £89 call-out fee, which didn't seem unreasonable. When the electrician arrived, however, he said I would be charged a further £289 per hour, excluding VAT (20%) and an admin fee of (15%). Mistakenly, I agreed; it is difficult to send someone away once they have already arrived.I have to say, the electrician was prompt and efficient and he fixed the problem in about half-an-our. However, because of this company's exorbitant fees I was charged £550 for this relatively small piece of work.Upon completion, I was emailed an invoice and told I would have to pay it immediately, via bank transfer, before the electrician left the property. I do not have the means to make an immediate bank transfer (the premises belong to a church I work for) although I said I would contact my finance department to arrange the payment straight away. I then had a dispute with the electrician's manager, over the phone, about the stipulation that the electrician remain on the property until the payment was made. To be frank, I felt intimidated by his presence. In the end, the manager grudgingly accepted my assurance that I would arrange for the payment to be made as soon as possible, but the whole experience was unpleasant.Please, do not use this company.

I called this number and they promised…
I called this number and they promised it would be only £50 call out fee and they do not like ripping people off. They arrived within 35 mins and looked at the issue, when i watched the electrician i saw he flicked the switch and I heard the electric kick in. He then switched it off again and said that this whole job would cost £320. When i said there is no way that i could afford this, he reduced it to £275. I again said no, then he said £250. I said that i was expecting to pay no more than £120 which he said he could not do as he needed to check all of the switches and plugs. I again said no so his manager then called me and then said he could do it for £200. The £50 i already paid and £150 more. Again i said no and he left with the £50 call out fee, which took in total 10 mins. When he left i flicked the fuse switch that i saw him do and it all worked perfectly and still is. I feel for people that do not know electrics (like me) and how these guys take advantage of every opportunity they can - this is sick.

If I could give a 0 than I would
If I could give a 0 than I would. He is nothing but a lier and crook. Will charge you a call out charge just to send someone and than another 300 to diagnose the fault and then to add materials. Will then threaten you. Which I will be reporting to the police

Awful experience conmen
Awful experience. Paid £80 for nothing. Electrician arrived made sure to reiterate they charge £80 for a call out and if he were to touch the area to investigate price would go up. As it was a suspected boiler fault causing my electrics to trip he said he can't touch it and if he were it would be more money. So left without doing anything and demanded the money. I called another electrician he came immediately said it was the boiler. Disconnected it so at least my electric weren't tripping anymore. Absolute conmen and avoid at all costs.

Not impressed - rip-off
The only good thing was that 2 guys came within 40 mins and it was 11pm, however after the charge for the emergency call which I was aware of, I found out that their hourly rate was £289, and this was not mentioned to me on the phone. They couldn't identify the problem and said it could have taken hours, therefore I asked them to leave and for 30-40 mins of "work" I paid £250. The next morning a proper electrician came and fixed the problem.

Can’t recommend Electricians Immediately enough
Had a problem with the oven not working in our rental property. We contacted Electricians Immediately that sent out an engineer within half an hour. He managed to sort out the fault and put the cooker back in. Done and dusted within the hour!Really good price, didn’t feel ripped off compared to what other companies had quoted us. Great to use a local company, highly recommend.

No hassle, no fuss, no mess
After a lot of snooping around, dealing with sales reps some of whom had never seen a plumbing certificate.. we found Electrician Immediately. It was then an easy choice when deciding who should we employ to sort our boiler. This company was spot on, the whole team was fab. Nothing is too much trouble. Workmanship is clean and all the guys were great.Thanks to you all. Highly recommend

Competitively priced, professional service and swift installation
Had a Gas Safety check done for my niece’s home recently. The engineer who came out phoned me beforehand to give me his ETA - when I explained I was tight for time he kept me updated. He wasted no time checking the gas boiler, was respectful and cheerful and very clean. No hesitation for recommending Electrician Immediately!

The engineer arrived even earlier that expected and did a great job with the installation. He cleaned up after he finished the job and left everything tidy. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend.

I’m so happy with the work they did on my sink, I had no idea what had gone wrong with it but they were able to fix it really quickly!
