Wrong range description.
Wrong range miles described in your website. It shows 12 miles range on your description and I just ride 4 miles. I want to return it. It was fully charged and I just ride one time to not approve. I liked the exterior but the range it was too low.

Connection is bad…
Controller cuts in and out like it's a bad connection and sometimes gets stuck on the on position. While riding it just cuts off.

Long shipping time
They have great customer service and my gloves felt very premium but it took like 2 weeks to ship. Also the gloves should not be $70 in my eye. I’m not sure how much the gloves cost to make but I think they could be around the $45-$50 range

Was a great longboard for the first week then the battery power started to die with each charger and now I let it sit for a few days without using it went back to hop on it and go to the beach and it won't even turn on now kind of feel like I wasted my money
