I wish I would have researched the company a bit more before ordering. It is a scam. Filing a fraud claim for sure. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It could be a scam but idk
I messaged the owner “Josh Ray” a month ago and he said that this website isn’t fake and the reviews aren’t AI made up. They are genuine he said. But i could tell otherwise. Currently “there’s” a sale going on for all em bike jawns. When I messaged him about it, he said that the sale would end in September. It still is going on when I went on it today. So this is prolly fake. I can’t tell. Some of em jawns got wrong pictures of em too. Like for the Talaria X3, they had a pic of the concept but put descriptions for the real bike. So I don’t know what to say about em. It could be fake, it could not. I’m not a p*ssy but I’m not risking it.

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM COMPANY
On the website (electricycleshop.com), two different phone numbers are listed. Google these numbers for yourself. One came back with fraudulent reviews from customers who were scammed, while the other was linked to China. Also try looking up their alleged warehouse address...Please check the Reddit forums before placing an order with this company! You will decide to take your hard-earned money elsewhere!!

This bike is really above and beyond. I commute daily in Bowie and it makes quick and easy work taking on the roads, headwinds and outrunning basically anyone.

I've bought two bikes from Electric...
I've bought two bikes from Electric Cycle Shop, and can definitely say that the experience has been one of, if not the best, business experience with an Ebike vendor. The service and customer support has been excellent. And, the bikes are my favorite rides.

Fraudulent Company-don't use
At this point it appears this company is fake and doesn't actually deliver the bikes. Bought 2 bikes via wire transfer (will be filing a wire fraud case at this point). Numerous emails with Josh Ray promising delivery and apologizing for delays. Web site states a tracking number will be provided in 3-5 business days. We ordered over a month ago and have repeatedly simply asked for the number so we would know when the bikes would be delivered. No number has been provided. I have proof of order and saved every email. I would highly warn against ordering from them as they appear to be fake. If they actually provide us with a number or bikes I will remove this review. If it is up they are fraudulent.

Update - 3 Months Later and Still No Refund
For those wondering if anyone has luck recovering money from these thieves, at least from my perspective, the answer is NO. Last I heard from them, right after Christmas (in spite of follow ups since, that have gone unanswered), their bank account was "locked" due to a fraud against their account which is why they hadn't refunded my money. "Josh" even went so far as to threaten me that once they accessed their account, they wouldn't refund my money (for the bike I never received) until I took down all my negative reviews. When I called him out on his threat, he backtracked in his messaging. However, it's been radio silence since then and absolutely no money received back.Any positive reviews on this site are fake. Take a look at the review from "Theo Berry" on 2/12...he states "From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and expertise." These guys are a (fake) online retailer. They don't have a physical shop, so no one is "walking in" anywhere. They need to up their fake reviews game, in addition to their decency (fat chance). If you look at the trend of the positive reviews, the timing is usually directly after receiving yet another 1-star review in an effort to keep their average rating to a reasonable level. If you feel the need to waste your money, please send it to me to recoup the $3K I lost to these guys - don't send it to them.

There is no way in hell you get a brand new Surron X for $3,100 US and free shipping. These bikes are to big and heavy to even be considered for free shipping at that price. Complete scam. So elaborate to even send a fake tracking number from a company B Global Logistics, LLC. There are no live updates on shipping - the weight listed for the bike is 600 pounds! What a joke! These people should get a real job instead of being low lifes and scamming hardworking people of their money.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Has anyone with this experience tried to get their funds back???

Complete Scam. All 5 Star Reviews Are Fake, AI Created, Nothing Specific.
No merchant account to protect you because they are not a real business.No Paypal account to protect you, because they are not a real business.They want your money direct from bank wire or Zelle. How convenient, take the money and run.They will not provide a real address, office number, nothing. The scammer operates on their mobile to chat with you, even at 3am in the morning in from any time zone.All their reviews are generic and fake. None of them actually talked about any specific to any order, nothing. All fake, AI generated.

They are a scam. Notice how many awesome reviews they have in the past month?Go back further and there are a bunch of horrible reviews. I just finished fighting with my credit card company to get my money back. Like others, I paid for a bike and then they completely ghosted me. I kept all emails and communications from these dirt bags if someone thinks I'm lying. I am not. Tried to buy this bike for my step son and they screwed me over badly. Terrible experience. So not trust these people.

Multiple attempts to purchase. Only got lip service and the only way to proceed with these scumbags is to Zelle them the money then they see they will process your order. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE.After at least 6 attempts over 2 says no invoice was received but they gladly sent me Zelle information so I would have no recourse when the product never arrived

They charged my credit card and I haven't heard from them since. It's been just about a month and no product delivered, no communication, no emails, no response whatsoever. I've filed a claim with my bank, they're a fraud.
