I am not sure who runs the show at this company but someone there called to confirm my online order. Then the phone showed up at my door and it was what was represented online...and at great price. I was concerned it might be a scam but this my concern was unwarranted. A new phone here for $50 more than some unknown refurbished on amazon.
Unable to purchase what I wanted with no explanations given and no customer service when I reached out. Got a new phone direct instead.

I placed an order, expecting timely delivery as it was a gift for an employee. The order was canceled without any prior notice, after several days with no updates. Upon logging in, I saw the cancellation, and I never received an email notification. Support claimed my card was declined, even though I tried three different cards and PayPal. I ultimately purchased the same phone on eBay using the same card, and there were no issues.Edit:Thanks for posting my personal information includong name, phone, address and email to the public. Please remove it from you reply.Regarding the reply itself, I called ypu guys 3 times and you didnt mention any fraud risk, just told me to place the order again online, i asked if we can do it over the phone to make sure its going through, but they said its not an option. Like I mentioned, I've purchased this elsewhere. My recommendations are:1. Notify clients when you cancel thier order. 2. Be more clear about why it was canceled and offer a clear and true path to a successful order rather then just saying "try again because your card was declined".
