The framing for the giant canvas is amazing. easy to assemble. We were very impressed by the shipping, Price, and ease of service.I work in real estate and knowing how easy this process is will be great for my clients, not to mention staging properties in my profession.Thank you so much again for taking great care of me, although there was a bit of delay, it was after the holiday season and you guys were very thorough during the entire process.
This process has taken far too long and has been unnecessarily difficult. I needed this item by Saturday for an event, and that will clearly not be possible given that my issue has yet to be addressed. I have spent significant time on hold (including having to hang up due to extended wait times), used the chat feature, sent emails, and responded promptly to all follow-up questions.I first reached out several days ago and expected the matter to be resolved at that time. Unfortunately, that has not happened. Given the amount spent, I will be pursuing a different option.
I printed two huge photos on huge canvases via elephant stock, and have been very pleased with their quality!

The quality of this canvas company is hard to match. I purchased other pieces in the past and I have to say by far elephant stock is the highest quality the fastest shipping times and the best customer service.
My artwork is just okay, and not worth the price. Long delivery, 16 days to arrive. I ordered a framed print, and the quality is not what I would expect.
I took my time choosing the right wall art—there were so many beautiful pieces to choose from! This is a new home with a large wall space, and I really wanted the perfect statement piece. I would highly recommend Elephant Stock. The wall art is beautiful and high quality. Because it was a large piece, we had to assemble the frame ourselves, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Their website is very easy to navigate, and once I placed my order, it shipped within just a few days. Very happy with my purchase!
The printed canvas is beautiful! Exactly what I needed for the space! It was handled with care and arrived in perfect condition! I wish I could include a photo!
I ordered a gift on Dec. 19th, knowing that it would not be here on Christmas, but should be delivered 3-4 after (standard ship according to the website is 4-6 business days). Apparently my item did not have a shipping label created until Dec. 30! I am now (Jan. 7)in the process of trying to figure out where them item actually is and with which shipping carrier. The tracking number they provided does not register with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The online chat is horrible…..twice I have tried to chat waiting over 20 minutes each time with no response from customer service. Please do not order from this company!
This is the third large canvas we have ordered from Elephant Stock. We highly recommend their prints for large canvases as the quality is excellent.
Ordered an extra large 48w x 72h print for my stairwell. Needed something really big for this space and I live in a smaller town where there aren’t a lot of options. The piece was originally priced at around 650 bucks. I got it for 200 less with all the black Friday sales. Putting the piece together:Took less than five minutes and very easy. Quality:The fabric doesn’t feel like a true canvas. Doesn’t look like much when you take it out of the box but much better when framed and hung. It looks great if you don’t look too closely. The picture is not pixelated. I would liken it to a canvas print found at at hobby lobby. Cost:Honestly, this seems extremely overpriced, especially before the promos I had. If I lived closer to a city or had more options, I would wait to find something nicer. If this wasn’t a frame where I could choose the color or it was behind glass, it would hit the mark for this price point. As it is, I still feel like the sale price with double what it’s worth. Overall:It looks good in the space and since people won’t be stopping to look closely it fits my need.
Though the ordering, processing portion of my experience concerned me, the customer service wing took my concerns and made sure I received the art on time and as promised. I see others did not have that kind of service, but I sure did. The received product was packed well and looked great! All and all, a 5 star visit. Thank you!
Buying from Elephant Stock was a good experience! First, we shopped for weeks, on many sites, before finally deciding on the particular piece we bought. Elephant Stock's selection is extensive. The price was good, very competitive. And there were lots of options for the sizing and framing. Second, Communication with customer service, which we did via email, was above average - their response time was very quick and helped make sure my order arrived before Christmas. Third, when it arrived - in time for Christmas - the packaging was nice and sturdy. It was easy to get into the box and it was very well protected, especially the corners and the box itself was very sturdy. Fourth, the artwork itself was great - we selected a panoramic piece that was 57 inches wide, printed on canvas. It is important that it be tightly stretched to hold up over time. It was, and there were also additional vertical frame supports to make sure it would stay taut. This was very impressive. And last but absolutely not least - the artwork itself was even nicer than we expected. The image was cropped exactly as the photo showed online and the colors were fantastic. I can't wait to get this hung, it will be the centerpiece of our living room.
Here is the list of things that went wrong with my order (I ordered 2 Brown Cowhide Throw Pillows):1. The "cowhide" is just a pattern on the fabric. It is NOT real cowhide.2. The pillowcases don't fit the pillows included.3. I only received 1 "cowhide" pillow, and then I received someone else's personalized pillow in my order. Terrible.

Very easy to order exactly what you want but If when you receive it you aren't 100% satisfied returns are easy. I've ordered several times and have been happy with every order I received.
I ordered a picture online and it shipped right away. I like the way they kept me updated, via emails, on the shipping and timeline for receipt of my picture. The picture was perfectly packaged and came undamaged. I love it!
