It took me about two years to find the Co-Op I was looking for, and Andrew was SUPER patient, answered all my questions and concerns throughout that time. My experience with Lyons was excellent! Katerina, who is such a knowledgeable communicator, and truly lovely to work with, provided truly professional assistance that went above and beyond in terms of responsiveness, follow up, and care. Katerina was also so patient, explaining the process and options. In fact, everyone involved in the process at Lyons, such as Claudia and Lakis were incredibly responsive as well. I feel like Katerina and the staff of Lyons actually care about their clients and work hard to keep everything on track and provide the support that can be lost with bigger banks.

Instead of getting paperwork one by one, I got an extensive list at the beginning of our loan process, and we knew exactly what to submit and look for. We got our commitment letter earlier than we could ever imagine, Our seller, who was anxious to close fast, "complained" we got our clearance too soon and were ahead of everyone's schedule.
