Unprofessional and Discourteous Service
I reached out to this company multiple times requesting a quotation, but they never responded directly to me. Only after my supplier in China contacted them on my behalf did I finally receive a vague reply, which did not address my original request. Communication was unprofessional and discourteous. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this company if you are not based in China, as their service appears to favor local contacts.
