Endurance is the absolute worst Auto…
Read your contract this company and some of their employees are incredibly misleading and essentially selling a illusion in the for a auto warranty. Please read your contract because of technicalities such as Gasket and Seal leaks not being covered if not checked in one of the boxes on the contract. Now let's start here.Upon signing up and comparing endurance to car shield, I was told by endurance that I had 3 free oil changes and car rental up to 5 days and that they would cover the costs of diagnostics as well. What wasn't said by there sales reps (I spoke with about 5 different reps while using endurance) is that diagnostics are only covered if the repairs are approved / pre-authorized. Car rental allowance has a limit of $35 / day for up to 5 days (for the plan that I had at least) and that oil changes has an allowance of $50 and would only be covered up to 3 times a year. While these claims may be true, they're qualifications and technicalities such as rental covers is $35 a day and up to 5 days. Oil changes are if I'm not mistaken $50 allowance and my diagnostic was only covered if the repairs were pre-authorized.As I signed up, I felt peace of mind knowing that I had additional coverage and protections against expensive repairs, however after spending almost $800 on my endurance plan, it seems that this was a false sense of protection as I got a auto diagnostic due to my steering suddenly becoming stiff and after the diagnostic was completed I found out that I needed quite a few repairs surprisingly (18 parts in which 3 parts being a necessity such as the rack and pinion) and guess what?... Endurance literally denied everything. From the engine control module, spark plugs and a rack and pinion.Reasoning was because all of the 15+ parts were not covered / written in my contact. The rack and pinion (which endurance assumed) was caused by a steering column leak / gasket or sealed leakage and therefore the rack and pinion wouldn't be covered for replacement.Summing things up - They didn't cover my oil change - Didn't pay for my diagnostic - You can only get a refund if you cancel your plan (meaning it can't cancel do to non payment)The regulations needs to put better regulations in place on these kinds of companies, because they are building a company that's full of (I'll just say discrepancies) in which tends to be misleading to consumers, as most people don't read the technicallties in there contracts.I do not recommend this company, and I heard there is a class action lawsuit against endurance and honestly I'm not surprised by that. There's a lady name Elaine that works there that's who comes off very disgruntled and extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I was surprised at how good at being dismissive she was. Honestly this company is a joke, certainly will switch to a different service and cancel this asap.
