I LOVE Energy's virtual training

I LOVE Energy's virtual training! Not only was it a lifesaver when the gym was closed, it's also a great timesaver. The convenience of being able to do personal training from the comfort of my home makes fitting in workouts much easier-which helps me stay accountable to staying fit-important now more than ever. And the ability to customize my workouts is awesome. No template workouts here. If you're looking for convenient, effective workouts provided by friendly and expert trainers-I highly recommend Energy.

Pandemic Energy

Before the pandemic I had just joined a gym, but failed to actually go. As the pandemic reduced my mobility, I decided to join Energy’s virtual training program to build in more mobility into my daily routine. And it worked! Not only does it keep me accountable to myself, but it also energized me to be more active on the days I don’t train. I strongly recommend it!

Recommend the Virtual Training

I love Energy’s Virtual Training. Before the pandemic hit, I struggled to find time to get to the gym after work or always made excuses. With the virtual sessions, I save time and can train from the comfort of home. I love the workouts my trainer Jen creates for me which are never boring and keep you motivated. I'm in the best shape I've been in years and feel so much better about my health. The owners accommodate your schedule and needs and are really personable. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and employees. Highly recommend.

Energy Strong!

When Covid-19 hit, businesses were forced to adapt, or unfortunately, close their doors. Watching the way that Energy Fitness was able to quickly pivot was truly inspirational to me. My local gym closed down and I started taking 1 on 1 training sessions with Mark Castiletti and I can proudly say I am in the best shape I've ever been! I highly recommend that anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals reach out to the world class team at Energy!
