I ordered in October and didn't get the socks until February. I kept asking for refund but got no replies. I thought I'd been scammed. Happy I wasn't, but over 3 months to receive my order? Not acceptable. No more business from me.
When I started wearing my Energy Fit Wear I could feel the comfort they brought to my feet and legs. At night when I took them off my legs and feet were not swollen. I love them. Thank you
I Ordered Some Compression Socks For Christmas On Dec. 1st. The Delivery Date Came And I Still Didn't Have My Socks. I Tried To Use Live Chat, Nobody There. I To Contact Them 2 Times, No Response. I Finally Received The Socks Near The End Of February. I Will Not Shop With Them Ever Again.
My item was sent to an address that I do not live at anymore. I have sent multiple emails to correct my address but they keep sending my items to the wrong address? This company is worthless. Run away from them

The product is what it supposed to be it's tge lack of response from the company that is one of the issues received zero notification on product received zero tracking information when trying to contact company zero returned response instead of taking a week ir two yo receive product it took months after going through my banking branch to resolve the issue of not have receiving my product i purchased with this company I finally received said product three and a half months after I ordered said product
My order was in November 2025 and it was delivered February 2026, feels like this company doesn’t exist. Will not order again and will not recommend it to anybody.
I never got my items and inquired about them no less than 20 times. I also would not get responses to my inquiries

Worst customer service ever. I paid for next day shipping and it took one month to receive it. All inquiries were completely ignored. I inquired dozens of times. I should get a refund for the delivery cost.
Dealing with company was great but, first two pair fit great, next 4 were too long in leg and caught behind knee and if I pulled them down some hit the ankles and balled up. My leg from heel to right below knee is14 1/2 inchs
I still haven’t received my order. What’s going on?
Super fast and fit well! Just would like a higher ankle sock but these are great!
Had fraudulent postage
Purchased leggings. The sizes are very inaccurate. Need to return. Ordered size XXL. Is actually closer to a M. I am a plus sized older woman. My petite niece could not fit into these leggings. Sent email messages requesting return and refund instructions. No response. Would never purchase anything again. Would never recommend.
I ordered compression socks I had ordered before, exact same size same sock, They were great. Best I've had. The ones I just got are way to small, Ordered the exact same size. What happened? I'll not order from here again, NO THANKS
