A nightmare to deal with!
What a nightmare company to deal with! Several months ago, I started an auto ship for Azodyl for my senior cat who was in the early stages of renal failure. Shortly after that, I learned of another product that was more effective, much easier to administer, and did not require refrigeration. A triple whammy! When I called to cancel the auto ship of Azodyl, they refused to honor my request. They keep sending me the product, at $250 per order! And it is piling up in my fridge, going unused. Run away from this company!!!

Wrong dosage, but problem resolved
I paid for 500 mg /100 fish antibiotics and got 250 mg/100 instead. Online order # SOEPRX657456. The email support brought no resolution. But as soon as my 1-star review went live, I got a call from manager Shaun, who kindly refunded half of the price. Thanks to him.

Can't cancel autoship. No customer service.
I have been trying to cancel my autoship for months now, but nobody ever response to online chat on their website, nobody answers the phone, nobody ever calls me back, and nobody response to email. If you want good customer service, I would suggest using someone else, anyone else. Keep in mind that they are owned by healthypets.com, so I wouldn't use them either.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
On Wed, Dec 3, 2025, I placed an order. The transaction went smoothly. I received the confirmation email just fine.After completion, I noticed that some products required a prescription, which I did not have. On Thurs, Dec 4, I called to ask about the prescription- was it needed for my item?The lady was very helpful. She said it was not needed for Fish Mox 500 mg, 30 capsules.HOWEVER, she also told me they were out of stock on all sizes for Fish Mox, aka Fix Mox, until Dec 16, 2025. I consider that to be EXCELLENT customer service. She did not lie, or try to string me along with excuses. She just volunteered the honest fact that they were out of stock. I now trust this website company. I could hear the stress in her voice- I believe it was caused by irate customers, but that's just my opinion.I told her to suggest to the webmaster that he make the site say OUT OF STOCK, so we customers don't order and lose the chance to buy elsewhere, if necessary.So, I trust them for future orders. Be sure to call and confirm that the item your paid for is in stock, though.

OMG, if I could give anyone advice to not order your prescription through these people if you need your prescription before 3 weeks because you are not going to receive your medication for 3 weeks customer service is very rude Charlene, and another girl they don't like doing their job and trying to help you get your prescription, I paid extra for faster service and all they did was take my money for it.. there's no way possible that this company has a 4.6 rating.. I would not advise anybody to go through this company to get their pets to correct prescription

Do not order from this company— My veterinarian gave us a script for one item with a refill. This company auto-shipped the refill without my authorization and charged my card based on the fact the Vet had a refill of 1. Now I have not received the item and no way to cancel it. Do not order. Go somewhere else.

Out of the blue I get charged
Out of the blue, I get an alert from my credit card company that your company tried to charge my account for something I never ordered or authorized. No advance notice of the attempted charge either. My last purchase was about 2 months ago and nothing is needed or due at this time. Not happy about that. Thankfully, my credit card company declined the purchase.

Your prices are great but your reliability and communication is terrible. Auto ships cannot be reviewed on your website. You must call to get any information which means if you live on the east coast you can’t do it in the morning. When you ship short you do not communicate when balance will ship and do not email when it has. You do not return phone calls when you say you will.

Poor Customer Service
I received a 20% off store-wide promo, and placed items in my card, entered the coupon code, and nothing happened. Couldn't get the order to go through. Called in, and the rep said the coupon couldn't be used with the item (despite the coupon being listed as "store wide" with no restrictions) and said the item was on backorder. Seemed weird, so I sent an email asking for help, and was told to call in. Replied saying I already did, and was ignored. Oh well. Guess I will order elsewhere.
