HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID EON CLINICS!I cannot believe how unprofessionally Eon Clinics has handled my dental care. They closed their Waukesha office without ANY warning — I received an email three days AFTER it had already shut down! I was in the middle of treatment with temporary implants when one broke, and I was told I had to drive all the way to Illinois for a fix. That’s a full-day round trip — I had to take a vacation day from work just to deal with it.I also suffer from driving anxiety, and this entire situation pushed me to the edge. Their lack of concern for patient wellbeing is absolutely unacceptable.What’s worse? I was promised “free cleanings,” but now that the Waukesha location is gone, am I expected to continue driving to Illinois for routine care? That’s not only impractical — it’s outrageous. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund so I can go somewhere local, but they’ve ignored me.After paying thousands of dollars, this is absolutely ridiculous. I expected professionalism and support — instead, I’ve gotten ghosted, gaslit, and left in the dust.Eon Clinics has been horrible to work with. They don’t follow through, they don’t communicate, and they clearly don’t care about the people they treat. I regret ever trusting them with something as important as my health.

After doing lots of research I decided to go with Eon Medical, And so far so good. Sign up was easy and shipping was faster than I expected, 5 days as I signed up on Friday so that’s was to be expected. Communication has been great even responding late on evenings.
