Very bad experience. Not recommended.
I made a booking wit this company for my vacation in Santorini, Greece. I received a confiration and everything seemed to be OK. 3 weeks before going I wanted to double check if everything is OK and it seemed out that my booking was cancelled WITHOUT ADVISING me. I called to the company and they didn´t give any explication a part fo that hotel cancelled the booking. if I would´t have double checked if everything is OK I would go to Santorini and end up on the street. And es.hoteles.com didn´t offer any assistence or solution of the situation. Very bad experience.
