Don’t buy for the BVI
I bought an eSIM for the BVI. While in the BVI, on main island of Tortola, I received notifications I was roaming in Puerto Rico and another day that I was roaming in the USA and then my eSIM was disabled. I contacted customer support and they basically accused me of lying using it in Puerto Rico (I wasn’t even in that country). They wouldn’t refund my money. Do not use this company for the BVI.

I had a great experience with customer support, especially thanks to Alice Charlotte. She helped me activate my eSIM for my vacation quickly and smoothly, and also took care of the refund for an extra eSIM I had purchased by mistake. Her responses were very fast, friendly, and professional, and the whole process was completely stress-free. Excellent service overall — I would definitely recommend this service to others!

I just had a very positive experience with one of your employees: Alice Charlotte.After I had installed the eSIM card, I was not sure when it would be activated - perhaps I had accidentally activated it (I am not travelling until 27 Jan). Alice supplied me with an immediate helpful answer - in a super friendly tone. Bravo!!!

Customer service rep Laura Barren helped me to delete old and obsolete eSIM cards the first thing. Samsung phones do not tell when they are maxed out with old eSIM cards, failing and leaving the user in trouble when trying to add one more.I wanted to find the cheapest 15 gigabytes eSIM in the world and this is it.
