While searching......I found more
While searching for one-day event insurance, ESP Specialty popped up. They had everything neatly ready to fill out and get the coverage I needed. I had made an oopsy, and they reached out to me to check about it. So simple and easy to correct. Great customer service!

Mitch is AMAZING!!!! Super fast, very responsive and incredibly helpful. I wouldn't go so far as to say that insurance is "fun" but ESP and Mitch definitely make the process a a LOT easier! :) We own an Escape Room and are first time business owners - his expertise and help have been greatly appreciated. The cost is fair and we are so grateful to have found this company for our business!

Competitive price and easy process
Process was very easy to get a liability insurance of a one day event. The price is very competitive, one of the best price in the market, I paid $81 for a vendor liability insurance (other insurance were $100 more). Will use them again for my next vendor event

So I'm trying to get wedding insurance…
So I'm trying to get wedding insurance with liquor liability included. And when I filled-out the questionnaire, it said that I did not need to add extra liquor because it was included. And now, I can't get ahold of them on customer service phone number and when I go to send them an email. It keeps coming back to me saying failure notice and liquor is not included because I sent it over to my wedding venue and I paid over a $100 for this. I would like a refund or liquor added fargo customer service

I replyed to an email back on July 17th, to Allison with questions. It is now August 4th, 2025; still no return email as of yet, notifying me of some answers I was looking for.
