I am totally disappointed as I paid almost double the price that the actual event vendor is asking. I thought I was on the event center site but obviously I was misguided. Upon checking future after I had already made my purchase I learned just how much I was over charged. Not happy that I won't get tickets until the day before or maybe even the day of the event. I absolutely am not happy about any of this.
The reason for giving you 3 stars because I did not see my seat numbers just the row. I like to know my seat number since I wanted to get seats in middle of the row. I even contacted you to figure it out & I did not get a right answer!
Be very careful when ordering to ensure that your tickets are NOT speculatory, meaning being sold by scalpers that don’t even have a ticket and are selling based on speculated demand. I was prompted by another ticket sales site that an event was for sale which transferred me to buy tickets on this site for 3x what the actual ticket price was once they were released. It’s totally BS that this type of sale is even legal, but I feel for it. All sales are final - EVEN WHEN SOLD UNDER FALSE PRETENSE. One star because they actually supply tickets. Thats the only redeeming quality.

We accidently spent $1,500 on 3 tickets that the venue was selling for $400. Look at the website VERY carefully! be mindful of the price PER ticket and the total. The website displays them grayed out and not very prevalent. BUYER BEWARE!

Hard to find the correct site. I wanted to buy directly from the box office but your site came up when I clicked on the Annenberg link. I worked for Miss Graham for two years and tickets never cost $165 each. I don't want to miss this event soo I went ahead and purchased two tickets, hoping I can find a friend to join me.
Set it for the day after on accident just to find out it was $64 more expensive than the actual vendor. They say don’t do refunds which isn’t surprising since the bump their google recommendation so that people will over pay and not be able to get a refund or price match once ticket is bought. Grifting at its finest. But if this is the worst thing to happen to me things are going pretty good.
It was pretty easy to purchase tickets. Its a little odd to not get them right away, but I will 'sit tight' and see what happens. So far, so good.
It was a pain. To much to check into the check in to get the tickets. It wouldn't take the codes that was sent to me.
I booked the wrong date which was my fault. I reached out to the venue right away to see if I could get it changed and they informed me that they do not accept 3rd party ticket sales which event ticket centers is. I got on chat with support and let them know the situation and that I wanted a refund and was told they wouldnt refund me. Also the actual venue charges 57 for 2 tickets and event ticket centers charged me 230 for 2 tickets. My fault for not realizing what I was getting into. Learn from my mistake. Never use this company and buy direct.
No tickets despite multiple calls day before event. Charged double for event tickets that i bought from venue after not receiving from them. Customer service just hung up when i told them i felt i was being scammed.

EASY TICKET ORDERING
I wouldn't say anything went wrong per se, at least not yet. I just feel a little uneasy about the whole process. I haven't been to a show for quite some time, so maybe it's just me. But everything seems a little sketchy.
Tickets were way overpriced and falsely advertised. I purchased tickets under the pretense my party and I would be seated together. They did not disclose the seats until after the transfer. They were not seated together. I would like a refund as this is false advertisement as well as how they could allow people to upsell tickets so high. Other retailers have a suggested price point in comparison to what is a competitive/ reasonable price especially considering the location of the tickets. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend.
After checking the price for the tickets on Ticketmaster I paid way too much for them. I will never buy tickets through again. I paid almost twice the price and I’m pissed.
