Bad company
Product is meh, aesthetically nice but my carabiner bent and when I went to get it replaced via the lifetime warranty I didn’t hear a response back after sending multiple emails. You will get the product. You won’t get the customer service or the guarantee of replacement. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company

Over hyped, over priced over heated
Air-conditioning not working on one of the hottest days of the year. I asked several staff whether there was an issue as it was so hot in the bar and was told it would be better in the cinema itself. When we went into the screen it was hotter still, again I asked if the aurcon could be switched on. I was assured it would kick in once the film started. We waited and eventually heard the fans kick in. But to no avail, no cooling. The head of house made an announcement that free iced water could be collected from the bar as it was so hot.This was supposed to be a special treat but tbh, we had to get them to change our seats as all I could see was the safety bar. The seats are not that comfortable and the cushion did nit help. The food was OK but the tables are inadequate for the plates. All in all it was a terrible experience and we will not be back. Overpriced, over hyped and overheated.When I commented to tge staff on exit, I was told they had issues but had been assured the air conditioning had been fixed. It clearly had not and we should have been warned and refunded rather than endure that oven

I wouldn’t be going to this cinema if…
I wouldn’t be going to this cinema if it wasn’t my closest one. Luxury? Well the more recently refurbished Vue and Cineworlds are better. The food is tasteless and customer service shocking. Today I got cut off at 6pm and when I tried to call back the line said the office was closed. The time I called before that I held for over an hour. The time before that I held for 40 mins and gave up. And I am an Everyman member so I’d have expected better treatment. Only plus is the previews.

Great Cinema and atmosphere
Went to our local Everyman and not only did we enjoyed the super comfortable seats but also the lovely food and atmosphere. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season and attentive staff.

I paid for a membership which I cannot…
I paid for a membership which I cannot access online. I have been phoning and emailing for four days now and still nothing. The phones are never answered. I have a membership card, a membership number and proof that I paid. I have had one email reply telling me I do not have an active membership. So does that mean this is a scam and I've just donated £95 to Everyman cinema for no reason?

Great ambience TERRIBLE FOOD
Beautiful ambience and lovely service BUT has to be the WORST FOOD I have ever had and spending my aniversary and paying over £110 absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE it’s a shame as I would have visited again

Inclusive language could help improve the experience?
I love Everyman cinemas but I wonder if it’s time to update the toilet signage from ‘Everyman’ & ‘Everygirl’ to something that is more inclusive for everyone? It may not seem like an issue for most but it would have a huge impact for some. Inclusive language is so appreciated!
