They handled all my asks with ease
I had a ton of questions, they answered them all super fast! They even went out of their way to join my game, assist live, and edit the server files with my approval! I've been through a lot of server hosting sites, this one is hands down the most interactive and support team drivin!

Weird problem happened, great customer service...
I had a really weird problem happening with a server I was renting, had no idea how to fix it. The support staff was very helpful, very kind and respectful even when the issue was my ignorance. However after we took all the extra mods and stuff like that off we still had an issue joining the server. The team ended up basicly reinstalling the server which fixed the issue. They also gave me a $10 credit and restarted my billing cycle, essentially giving me a week free. I have nothing but good things to say about them. 10/10 would recommend and plan on using them for other online dedicated servers.

Very easy to use and they worked on satisfactory 1.0 release to have it working ASAP.Very good service and chepa va the hardware they offer. Totally recomended.

Experience with PalWolrd server using EvlBox
I have a PalWolrd server using EvlBox services since more than 2 weeks ago and i don´t have a single bad thing to say about themThe server is always up and working perfectly Support is great and really helpful, everytime i had to change anything or needed help they always got it done in the same day, plus their staff is really niceI also had to ask for 2 refunds for personal reasons related to server upgrades (within the 15 days) and they always got it done in a super easy processI intend to keep using their services for a long time and im really happy with it

The support team is absolutely fantastic, super helpful and although I have had a ton of requests and inquiries, they've solved all of my issues with no complaints! Fantastic group of people to work with and a lag-free experience with their server-hosting for Palworld!

Great Uptime and Fast Setup
Customer support is personal and exceptional. I've had VPSs with evlbox for a year+ and getting things set up and troubleshooted (if necessary, which it usually isn't necessary) is a total breeze.My Foundry server is reliable and I've never experienced an outage when I was using it.

Great customer service and support!
Affordable server host with great customer service. These guys are very responsive and have given me 1-on-1 support numerous times to solve problems with my Minecraft server. Server control panel is nice and has all the features you'd expect like FTP credentials and SQL database creation.
