This company is the Excel Book Writing Crime Group Using a Fake Pseudonym
This is Excel Book Writing. They used Excel Digital Group to engage in the same fraud and theft by deception criminal scheme as they did under the Excel Book Writing title. ExcelDigitalgroup.com is defunct as is ExcelBookWriting.com. These criminals run around engaging in the same criminal scam to steal funds from aspiring authors using different names. They stole $38,000 from me and never delivered any of the prmosed goods of services. I have filed a police report. Report them to the FBI, IC3, Interpol, FTC, Attorney General, and your local police. They have an Instagram account under Excel Book Writing based in Pakistan. Beware, this company is rone to name changes and using multiple URLs to put up their fraudulent front to continue the same scam. See YouTube reviews by authors they stole from. There are 57 BBB complaints against Excel Book Writing. They are operating under more than one name as an organized crime organization. Report them to BBB, FTC, IC3, Local Police, FBI, and Interpol.

SCAMMERS!!!Do NOT do Business with them! They misspelled the name of my company on my Logo and tried to blame me for it! Like I do not know how to spell my Business’ Name! I took pix of what I sent him to prove it was them who misspelled the Name. No Apologies nor compensation offered! They were suppose to build my website after the Logo, which I paid for in advance. I gave them 15 days to make it right and get an Apology. I got neither. So I informed them that since they treated me rude and were disrespectful in their communications with me, that I will not be going forward with them building my website. I never submitted anything to them to start it and I wanted a Refund. I never asked for a Refund of my funds for The Misspelled Logo that was now on all my Products that I’d spent thousands on that I would have to replace. They refused so I contacted my Credit Card Provider and reversed the payment since I never received those services. They then contacted me begging me to please contact my Credit Card Provider to allow the charge to go through and they will refund my money. I found that quite ironic since they told me No Refund and was rude & disrespectful earlier. They stated that they needed their Merchant to continue yo make payments. I explained to them that I was starting a new Business and the thousands I lost due to their negligence and they gave me no resolution so why would I trust them now to do what they stated. I declined to lie to my card company for them and then they show their true colors again! No Thanks! Then I started being harassed by Liam on the phone. I informed him not to contact me ever again. Then I started receiving calls from someone else from the company. I was contacted again by Liam after 8 pm last night asking if I received an email from his attorney! I hung up and no I have not received a letter from his attorney. Do yourself a favor and Stay Clear of Excel Digital Group!

Absolute scammers. These guys should be arrested. I have much to share but I will just say I told them I did t have the money for it and they said they couldn’t stop I never even asked them to start, they lie, cheat, manipulate; they have taken 26,000+ dollars from me, and in the end I told them the website was crap and I did t want it. It was broken. And they expected me to fix it. I told them that was their job. Chris told me even Apple had to troubleshoot and I said you guys are experts not me I don’t effing want it. They never refunded me, they would leave me in the dark during the process with no replies or anything. They said under 6 months and a year passed. They finally contacted me towards the end after being flaky and not replying and I said I dont want it you guys are unprofessional, liars, and don’t even reply. He said it was too late they’re so close to being done just let me finish it, for myself Chris would say. But this was an echo of his other lies where he would tell me he was going to do it for himself while trying to funnel money from me. I told them I did t even have the legal paper work to get started and spent hundreds of not thousands on that and rushing to start a giant business I was not ready for and wanted to plan out. It was miserable. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.ALSO why are the stars 2.6 when their are only one star reviews??

This company is a scam!!!! They take your money and then give you nothing but empty promises. 5 months later, NOTHING! They say they are working on it but nothing! They lie. They are SO unprofessional. They text you words like "HI" and nothing else. It is weird. PLEASE do not do business with this company that goes with many names Excel Book Writing, Excel Book, Excel Digital. Look at address; if it says Chicago, IL, it is them. They were so professional before they got my money--promised that if I wasn't completely satisfied, they would give me a full refund. They said "trust us". Well, that was my first mistake. They took my money and 5 months of my life. I saved up for years and now it is gone! These people are awful. BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
