Shoutout to Jared at Exclusive Auto Shipping
This review has been a long time coming, but it is as relevant as ever. This is a massive shoutout for Jared at Exclusive Auto Shipping. I needed to move my car from San Jose, California, to Madison, Wisconsin, in early May. I waited three weeks before my move to book a vendor.I read reviews from the r/autotransport subreddit on Reddit and selected several companies to get quotes from, including Exclusive Auto Shipping. I plugged in my details on their website one night and received a text from Jared the following morning. He was very upfront about the breakdown of the costs, as well as the $50 discounts he offered. His rate was very reasonable. I held out and told him I wanted to wait for a couple more quotes before I made a decision.He went on to tell me that he had confirmed with one of his preferred carriers in Chicago for a pickup window of April 30 to May 2, with delivery expected within 4 to 6 days. Their fee would be $950. With his $300 fee and a $50 discount, my total cost would be $ 1,200. I was surprised when the carrier increased his quote by $50 due to the delivery date, and instead of increasing his prior quote, Jared said he would take the $50 cut from his commission. That alone told me what a stand-up guy Jared is. I mean, I don’t know too many people who will do that.I told him I would get back to him once I got the additional quotes from the remaining vendors. I scheduled a call with him the following day. He was the only broker whose delivery time aligned with my needs, so I booked him once we spoke. He was very efficient despite being a one-man operation. He sent me a contract and a link to a helpful video that he had produced. He provided me with the name of the carrier, Gigi Line Inc., and the contact person/owner, Georghe. Jared and I texted a few more times before the pickup date of May 1 (I was flying out to Madison on May 3). My car was delivered to me on schedule on May 6 without any issues. Jared, Georghe, and Geor (the driver) were all very nice, communicative, and easy to work with. Jared has a wide network of trusted carriers that he’s personally vetted.
