I have to say that I am the type of person who only writes a review if the experience was really good or really bad. I do, however, read and decide based on reviews. It is with great relief, happiness, and satisfaction that I tell you this was an awesome experience from start to finish. In mid-April, my three siblings and I decided to sell our family home; by June 7, the money was in our accounts, and we were done. I will admit that things seemed to be moving very fast, which caused me great concern. It seemed too good to be true. Konstantin was understanding and did not push. He gave us time to take a breath. Ultimately, we took a chance. I'm so glad we did and I highly recommend you do the same. Konstantin is a man of his word. Everyone's situation is different; he is flexible and understanding of your needs. I wish nothing but success to Konstantin and his business.
