If I could give them a zero, I would. I took the test and it came back I didn't qualify. Per their policy, if this happens, they honor a refund. They never refunded me even though I did not qualify, I opened a dispute with my bank and somehow they won? I've tried emailing and calling them countless times from when I tried taking the test to even a year later and they refuse to answer me. THEY ARE A SCAM SO WATCH OUT!
This company was hassle free. So quick any easy to apply for letter. Received my letter within ONE hour!!!! So impressed. I had first tried another company and after 72 hours (of which was promised in 24 hr) refused refund. Please read reviews and recommend Express Pet Certify #1.
I paid ExpressPetCertify for an ESA letter, thinking I was protected by their "100% money-back guarantee" if I wasn't approved. What they don't clearly explain is that once you fill out their form or a therapist does any kind of evaluation, even if no letter is acceptable or usable, you're not eligible for a refund.To make things worse, they also charged me extra for a "custom landlord letter" which also didn't met the requirements of PetScreening. In the end, I spent more money and they refused to refund me.I'm sharing to warn others, the process is not transparent, and the "guarantee" is full of loopholes.
They are a SCAM! Third party services that review legitimacy of ESA letters won’t approve you if it’s through them. They don’t have the required licenses or knowledge and lack professionalism. Do NOT use them. Don’t waste your money I promise you.

Currently working on getting my money back from them. They sent an order for all my gear then determined all of a sudden that I don't qualify. They didn't even offer a refund until I told them I would be asking my credit card company to perform a back charge on them. When you charge someone and don't provide the service you charged for you are scamming people. If you need an ESA letter just go to your therapist.Edit: Also just looked up the name of the therapist they are using, turns out she doesn't exist. There is no mention of her anywhere. Also, if you look at the companies address on street view it's a strip mall in Florida(the Publix to be exact)
Bought their multi -pet plan and received to identical ESA letters that looks exactly the same, except for my pet names. My landlord wont expect it and these scammers are now not responding to my messages. I am scammed for 169$. Such an horrible experience. They should be forced to shut down.
SCAM. They do not deliver anything and refuse refund when requested. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank, hoping they can work something out.
This site is a scam. Never received any of the products paid for. Requested a refund and got ghosted. Typical internet scammers.
This is SCAM. I requested refund within 1 hour after not receiving the service at the same day and not only that there is no free fly for dog with ESA letter. they even did not provide ESA card within 7-10 days at all. customer service block you and do not answer as soon as you request for refund. They are using the terms to don't refund you but they are scam and needs to shut down.
Theyre a fake company, customer service will never get back in touch with you and you can never get anyone on the phone. They will take your money though and give you a BS letter.
Bad experience. Request a refund and watch how fast they avoid communicating with you and answering your calls. Oh and no direct response to emails because they will block you after they tell you no refund is coming.Not a very transparent process of during checkout if you live in California. They want to hide behind “terms”. Taking the money from you is easy, getting it back when they haven’t even delivered the service is impossible. Try someone else.
I wish I would’ve read more reviews before purchasing anything from them. They advertise as same day however I did not receive my letter until 30 days later. I contacted customer support and they were no help at all. They eventually just stopped replying to me. After waiting and getting my letter they somehow thought it would be appropriate for me a resident of California to have a letter from therapist that lives in Oklahoma. Definitely does not come off as a professional or factual emotional support animal letter at all.
Total scam. It says all the way through the entire process that you can receive your letter quickly, within a couple of days. As soon as they get your payment, a notice comes up saying you need to wait 30 days. I emailed & asked to cancel my order, & they responded saying that per the terms, I could not receive a refund unless I was denied approval. I called and left a voicemail as well. No further communication on their part, not even with the Better Business Bureau. I told them that if anyone signs and approves my letter, I would be reporting their medical license to the board, & I have already reported the business to the medical board.

AWFUL SERVICE. Would not recommend. Absolute hucksters. Advertised that I would get my letter same day. After I paid told me I would need to wait 30 days. When I asked for a refund the same day, refused to process it citing that I had completed a proforma online survey, without which you cannot set up an appointment.
I wished I would of done a little research before given them the money!! they make you wait 30 before they send you an email telling you the letter is ready and then when you tried to het in the account.... you can't. I have sent them numerous email messages (they never answer the calls) asking to help me get in the account and all they send back is the link that takes to the login page which is the one you can't get in. Don't use this company they will only take your money!!!
Paid $99. Two months later no service animal letter. I’ve called AND emailed multiple times with Zero Response! This FAKE Business needs to be Shut Down!
ExpressPetCertify.com is a SCAM. They guarantee same day ESA letters for rental properties. It's been 5 days and we haven't heard a peep from them. Just a marketing email telling us to hurry and pay $99 for a letter which we ALREADY paid. They also have a fake customer service that no one answers.With enough chargebacks from credit cards they will eventually get shut down. But I feel bad for those using debit cards, as it is much harder to dispute those charges. Always use credit cards they add an extra layer of protection from scammers.
Claire Franke/Claire Mann from Oklahoma is a part of the scam. She never followed the law by scheduling or having a session with me first. She then signed off on my ESA letter.I confronted her about it and all she wanted to do was argue. Beware of this company and her!
