Terrible turnaround and Rx made was not correct
Terrible! Took 3 weeks to get to me. Order was wrong. I have the exact same pair with the same prescription from another facility and they work perfectly. Took them to two separate optometrist who read the prescription on the lens and it did not match what was sent .Called them and they said to send them back and they would fix them. They received the item February 6 and as of February 27, they still don’t have an estimated ship date although they keep telling me lab time is 10 to 14 days which it’s already been. Now I’ve lost my benefit for 2025 for my glasses because of them because I will be asking for a refund. Absolutely shameful way to do business would never recommend or will ever use.

Not Entirely Intuitive, and Won't let you buy mor than one pair at a time
It was really annoying that I could not add multiple pairs of prescription glasses to my cart at the same time. I had to place two separate orders. This would have been less annoying if there had been a message to explain this; rather, I had the option to save one pair while shopping for the second, but when I went to add the saved pair to my cart, all of the specifications were gone.

I purchased Tiffany sunglasses. They arrived with fingerprints, lenses were dirty, the dust cloth and pamphlets weren't even in the case and the interior of the case is marked up. The box arrived in perfect condition so these were shipped this way. I guess I will eventually get a refund but nothing like loaning a company your money to send you something like this so you have to make a whole claim to get a refund eventually.

Buyer Beware - Manipulative Company, Avoid at All Costs
Buyer beware. I purchased glasses from them and later wanted to get custom lenses. When I returned the item, they claimed I tampered with the seal when I did not. They also claim policies that are not in place and try to push forced sales on you. I had to go back and forth multiple times before I finally got my return processed and cancelled the custom order I wanted to build.I strongly advise anyone to video record the unboxing and return process, as this company is manipulative and will try to blame you for things you did not do.I will never order from them again and will never refer a friend. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.UPDATE: In response to Eyespecs' reply - This is exactly why I mentioned you guys are manipulative. If you had not refunded me, I would have taken this beyond what you thought, because I recorded my return from when I packed it up until I taped the box. But when you shared the tag, it was already torn, which gave me suspicion about your company.Asking for photos before completing a custom order is standard practice to ensure I receive what I paid for. That does not make me "undecided." It means I wanted confirmation before you proceeded with a non-refundable custom order. That is reasonable, especially given your company's history of blaming customers for things they did not do.You did not "refuse" my order. I cancelled it after dealing with your manipulative accusations and poor customer service.You can twist the story however you want, but I stand by my review. Buyers should beware.If anyone is interested, I have the full email trail of our conversation.

I don't like that fact that, I have been reaching out to this company for about 3 or 4 months now. The fact that I haven't been able to get through to any of customer support that I have spoken to, the fact that my husband has bought plenty of glasses from this place, and they have no respect, no decency about me having issues with a pair of my glasses,just to blame me for the issues that my warranty is supposed to cover.
