Coaching + Digital products Flexibility

I run a mix of group coaching and digital course, and I like about EzyCourse is how flexible the offer structure is.I can build Course with a wide range of lessons, create tired pricing, and even combine membership with one-time products. That's wasn’t easy on my previous platform. The automation options (emails,coupons, upsells) helped me structure my funnel without needing extra tools.Also, their support is responsive. I've asked some very specific setup question and didn’t just get copy-paste replies. I can book a live demo at anytime and they actually walked me through solutions.It feels like a platform that's actively evolving, not something abandoned after launch.

I appreciate platforms that do not…

I appreciate platforms that do not overpromise. Ezycourse feels transparent. when something is being improved , they say it. when support answers, it feels genuine. trust is underrated in software. that's what made me stay!

Usability & practical Dashboard

Some platforms look amazing in demos but become overwhelming once you actually start building.I found Ezycourse different in this regard.The dashboard took a few days to fully understand, but once I got used to it, things felt logical. Course creation, student management, email broadcast, live sessions; every thing in one place.It's not the most " fancy " interface I've seen, but it's functional. And when you're managing real students and payments, function beats aesthetic.Support has also been helpful whenever I got stuck.

Growth without Migration ( Scalability)

I started small with just one course and basic branding.Over time, I added membership, improved the design, and introduced automation. The best part? I Didn't have to migrate to another platform or rebuild everything from scratch as I grew.Funny thing, I was actually looking for another platform so I can use automation, but I had no idea my Ezycourse site had a pretty advance automation system already. I just wasn’t aware.I've also reached out to support during late hours and receive help quicker than expected. That level of availability gives peace of mind when you're running launches.At this point, I am just glad I choose to stay all those times I thought I need a different platform.

Features matter sometimes and Ezycourse…

Features matter sometimes and Ezycourse has plenty. I can enlist - courses, coaching Programs, membership, automation, payment gateways and community spaces in one places.Human 24/7 support is rare these days. Especially when you are migrating platforms or building sometimes important. Trust matters more than perfection. And that is what keeps me here.

I had very basic needs when I first started using EzyCourse. I liked that I did not have to start over when I wanted to grow. Instead of moving again, I could add more components to the same platform as my business developed. It has just saved a tons of time and stress. It is not perfect, but it is reliable and flexible. The team seems to genuinely listen to used feedback.

I came to EzyCourse after trying to glue together different tools of courses, payments, communities and mails . EzyCourse is that i can really run almost everything from one dashboard .Support is quick, human and genuinely listens.EzyCourse has been a solid , flexible base to grow .

Great customer service and everything you need in one placeThe best thing about EzyCourse for me was that everything was in one place. I didn't have to use different tools for courses, payments, communities, and emails. Everything is connected and easy to handle.You can use the platform for different types of businesses, like being a creator, a coach, or running a community. Also, the support team is quick to respond and really listens to what you have to say. This is very important when you're building something important.EzyCourse helps you focus more on growing your business instead of managing tech by saving you time, making things easier, and helping you do that.

More Than Just a Course Platform

EzyCourse is one of those tools that you get used to after using it for a while. My primary reason for joining was to host classes, but it ended up being much more than that: content sales, community, video hosting, and user management all in one location. I've saved a tonne of time and money by not having to juggle multiple tools.The team is the most notable aspect. Started Small, Grew Without Switching Platforms

I started with a lower plan to see how things worked. I upgraded and got more features, like branding and automation, when my audience grew.What I liked was that I didn't have to move or rebuild everything. The platform grew with me, which saved me a lot of time and stress.

One Platform That Keeps Getting BetterHonestly, the addition of coaching programs really sold me. At first, I just wanted to sell coaching, but the platform made it so easy to make courses and run memberships that I ended up doing everything in one place.I felt safe using the platform because they offered 24/7 support, regular updates to features, and quick fixes for bugs. Now I can even automate my email campaigns, which is a big plus. There is always room for improvement (like a better blog editor or built-in webinars), but I really like the platform and plan to use it for a long time.

Reliable human support is rare these days

I wanted to share something I recently sent to my personal customer support team at Ezycourse, because sometimes it is easier to show the impact they have had instead of trying to put it into words.My direct message to them:"I really appreciate your attention and care to my account. You are all so awesome. I know you have so many people you are helping, and yet you always make me feel like a priority."Here is the thing…EzyCourse still has pieces they are ironing out, and they know that. They are releasing improvement and upgrades weekly. But their customer support team is truly second to none. Every time I have had an urgent issue, or even something small, someone responds quickly, they follow up, and they stay on top of it until it is resolved. I never feel like a ticket number with them. I actually feel like a person they genuinely want to help, and they want me to succeed.I have been in business for a couple of decades, and for the last five years I was with a different platform. That experience was very different from this one. A solid customer service team is so important when you are running a business, migrating platforms, and creating something so big. Reliable human support is everything and SO RARE these days.So, while they are still building and improving daily, I think it’s worth saying loud and clear that the way this team cares is rare. It is why I am so confident I chose the right platform. I am someone who signed up for their Elite Lifetime package. And it is so easy to have buyer’s remorse when you put down that kind of money, and I have had none. I've been with them for 8 months now.I just wanted to share this with anyone who is wondering what the behind the scenes experience is really like with this team.

The best course platform in my opinion!

The best course platform in my opinion ! I have been with many big names only to find limitations, high cost or inconsistent (at best) or no support at all. The EzyCourse team is simply unique, they have offered a private whatsapp group where I get instant answers and they are always willing to help. The software is extremely simple to use and more powerful than most of the ones I've tried so far (5 years in course business). I am not regretting going with them at all, especially since they deliver new features more rapidly than others. And They TRULY listen to feedback.

I am writing this review after a deeply…

I am writing this review after a deeply disappointing and concerning experience with EzyCourse.I subscribed to the Unlimited Pro package ($180/month) with the expectation of receiving VIP support, as clearly advertised. Instead, the opposite happened.The moment I posted an honest review about my issues on another site I am subscribed to, EzyCourse decided to cancel my account, stating they would refund me , not because the problem was resolved, but because they did not want to follow up on my long-standing technical issues. I was effectively forced to leave, after investing time, money, and months of work building my platform with them.What is even more alarming is what happened with my second account:Despite being an active subscriber, they removed every team member from the support group, intentionally leaving me alone in the group so that no one could assist me. They could not remove me because I am still subscribed , so instead, they removed everyone else, making it impossible to receive help while still charging me for VIP support.Their team even stated publicly in the other group that they “will not be dealing with me because I am the same person” and that they are simply waiting for my subscription to finish, meaning they expect me to pay for support they refuse to provide.This behavior shows a clear pattern on ezycourses:They can cancel any account as they likeThey can force you to leave if they don’t like the way you ask for support. And the founder joined the group and he said to me we have huge customers, and we don’t want to serve you which was shocking for meTheir attitude is not professional at all. It seems that they are just beginners and from Bangladesh. They keep flagging my reviews everywhere, anyway, I have all the documents and evidence that provide the authenticity of what I am saying. I am sharing this publicly because the way I was treated has caused real harm to my business, and it appears intentional. I am documenting this clearly so others can be aware of my experience and so that I can rely on this record legally if needed. And I have all the evidence of the whatsapp chat if needed. I truly hope no other customer goes through the same situation.

The core product is solid, support sets them apart

The core product is solid - everything you may need is in one place. But what really sets them apart are the developers and support team. I have been going back and for with them as they help me clone over our existing site and create branded apps. They have been kind, supportive, and responsive. I can't think of one thing they could be doing better!

My experience with EzyCourse has been a nightmare. After spending two months building my website on their platform, paying for the subscription, and preparing my business to go live, everything collapsed when I actually needed technical support.Their system was integrated incorrectly, and my website stayed three full days unable to accept any payments because of their mistakes.The support process is extremely slow and unhelpful. You can’t reach a technician directly; everything is “sent to the technical team,” and then you receive vague replies like “we are working on it” for days ,while your business is stuck.After two months of effort, I found myself with a website that will not be able make sales due to their poor technical handling. This platform might be fine for someone doing something personal, but for an actual business that needs reliability, fast support, and proper technical setup. it has been completely disappointing.I found out that they are from Bangladesh and beginners, even the way the founder replies to the reviews is very bad and childish. As a professional, you need to deal with customers professionally under anyway. They canceled my account without any prior notice. They are no secured to be sustaining your business with them.

Amazing platform and super affordable!

I just moved from Kajabi to EzyCourse, and honestly, it was the best thing I've ever done. The platform is much easier to use, the setup went smoothly, and I don't have to deal with feature limits anymore.Kajabi wanted more than $400 for each iOS and Android app, and they wanted $199 or more a month for a plan with limits. I got free branded mobile apps from EzyCourse. That by itself felt fake.But the biggest difference is? Support.EzyCourse support team is available 24/7 and responds in a few minutes. When I was on Kajabi, I would sometimes wait an hour just to get a simple answer. The speed and care here are very important.
