Challenging yet not incapacitating workouts
I'm just now getting back into a regular exercise routine after laying off several years due to multiple surgeries, COVID shutdowns, etc. but Weston has put together an excellent training plan that is challenging yet doesn't wipe me out so that I am incapacitated for several days after each workout. We are now training for my first Spartan race to celebrate my 70th birthday!
