Sorry, though I had purchased many of their items (years ago) they have progressively gotten worse most likely due to typical new management, mergers, desperation, etc. Once in the new millennium I would like to see (that) as a 'positive' note however not often seen. (Make your own judgement as to why that is.) This outfit champions the 'whoops, guess we don't have that item in stock either' syndrome. One could try to order a (new) item from a (new) catalog and you get (the a fore mentioned). These are the type of practices that make people decide maybe there (should) finally be some regulation set forth for online shopping since there will always be those companies that (will) take advantage of unscrupulous business practices (and we all know there are tons of those). 'No one' enjoys wasting their time and energy.
