Great experience.

It was easy and simple the initial offer wasn’t that much but then after talking to them and sending pictures to better verify what my vehicle looked like I got a better deal and the rest of the process super easy and they answered my questions when ever I had any communication with them was easy also through texts and calls

Fast, friendly and very professional! The young man who retrieved the vehicle was very polite and answered all questions professionally with detail. Loved that he told us we could watch the auctioning of the vehicle we sold. That’s pretty neat!

It was my first time selling a vehicle. I researched companies on Google at my best ability. I chose Family Car Buyers after researching. My experience was better than I expected it to be. Everyone that was involved with preparing the appointment/pick-up communicated greatly. The process was easy to understand. Everyone operated smoothly. I would highly recommend someone who is looking to sell a vehicle to choose Family Car Buyers as there buyer. The CoPart Tower who came and picked up the vehicle also was helpful and very professional. Great job everyone. Keep up the great work.

I had a great experience with them. I called several places that tried to low ball me, I called them and their offer was initially better however I did negotiate a better offer because that’s just what I do and they complied. They communicated every step of the process, all representatives were polite and provided good customer service. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would. They provided a detailed text with examples of how to fill out the title etc. They were detail oriented, provided great customer service & communicated every step of the way, which are all extremely important to me. Payment was easy, in fact every step of the process was smooth and easy. Even after the car was picked up I reached back out to them and they were accessible and provided me with my requested bill of sale. I would highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!

Overall ok experience-poor towing experience
Overall good experience selling my totaled car. They definitely low ball at first but are pretty open to reasonable negotiation so it’s a good option. Only criticism is their towing company-they offered no flexibility outside of normal working house (I work FT out of the house) and only proposed 8-12 or 1-5 as a pickup window with no specific time. I arranged for my roommate to be there 8-12 for them, called 3 times when the end of the window was approaching, and still was assured they were coming…they proceeded not to come until 8pm. If that would’ve been said originally it would’ve been even better for me, but was never proposed as an option and wasted my roommates (and my) entire day due to poor planning and communication

It's been a year but I'm about to call them again. Bought my pickup from me, was in terrific shape but the frame was shot. Other than that it looked like a new tundra. Little older though. They paid me double what anyone else would. The driver was there exactly when he was supposed to be. Got my payment put in my account before he even pulled away. I definitely recommend it if you've got a car you need to get rid of. I'm about to hit them up for another truck right now.
