I was having some issues, and thought the website was purposely trying to get me to pay more. But Riley was super kind and understanding and guided me through the process with my seats together with no extra cost.
same as all after booking they called me that the flight i booked is not available and i have to buy something else and i cant cancel my ticket did not made sense don't talk to them its a total waste

Bait and switch
DO NOT BUY your flight ticket from this website if you don't want to be scammed. I booked the ticket as they said they would email me a confirmation number after I paid for the ticket, but it turned out they never did. Called back the next day and told me that because I bought a discount flight ticket, they were forced to put me on a standby list. Leaving me a choice of two unacceptable options: either I have to pay $500 extra for them to issue the ticket, or I have to pay a little more for a ticket to a nearby airport, which I can easily buy directly from that airline's website, and even cheaper. wasted 3 hours on the phone with a hope of getting the refund, but finally had to accept their second option as I don't want to lose the money that I'd already paid them. Filed a complaint against this scam with the Department of Transportation and the Better Business Bureau.
Do not be fooled by the 4-5 star. This is a scam site with holding tickets hostage and lies about the tickets purchased being stand by. I was sold tickets for 359.00 was sent confirmation then no E-ticket sent called and the new price 719.00 and change. Checked reviews on line and this has occurred many times by this company. We will be taking legal action. Will be looking at class action.
Total Scammers! While trying to book I was directed to call someone to get the fare listed. They would not sell me that flight and tried to sell me one much higher. I did not agree to it and they directed me to book online with Fareporto. I did that and then received an email stating that there was a problem with the booking and that my ticket would be moved out 1 month and they would not cancel the ticket. Complete scammers and liars. Do not ever do business with this company.
Got a round trip ticket from Pensacola to Raleigh NC for $219, just to get a phone call the next day reviewing restrictions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was unaware of the restrictions on the discounted ticket I purchased. I've never heard of buying a discounted ticket that doesn't let you bring even one small carryon bag. I am still upset about your company's policy concerning restrictions. Your company just has very unfair restrictions which must have been in really small print because I never even saw them! I will never deal with you again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from travel brokers like you. By the end of a 2 hour phone call my ticket ended up being $449, as they couldn’t even refund me back my $219 so I could book through actual airline for a cheaper price!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

SCAM BUYER BEWARE!! After buying the tickets not to long after someone calls you advises you that your dates and time are not promised and the agent on the phone starts looking at other flights starts changing dates and times and the price of the ticket you paid for originally goes up the BBB said you should be weary buying tickets from this company
This company is a scam in order to just upgrade your ticket and cost you more money. Customer service is awful and unwilling to help. Do now use farepoto, very disappointed and cost more money than originally expected.
They confirm booking and flight and then call and want to charge more and change your flight. I'm guessing they throw you a super cheap flight that doesn't exist for them at that price to hook you in and then they try to intimidate you to spend more on different flight. Scammed! Stay away!
Beaware of this website, i booked my ticket from them from SFO TO LONODON, at the airport they told me, it is a stand by ticket not actual iternary, Thye wont let me pass the gate to go inside , the plane left , they still charged me and put the blame on me , be careful everyone, they didn't refund me, when i asked them about my return ticket refund, they laughed at me , and said i need to go to London and use it as a return ticket.
Don't trust these reviews, are ridged, go to an independent site and you will see how bad this company is...

Worst experience ever. I book a ticket with them and when I did not receive the ticket I called to inquire they said my ticket was on hold and I would have to upgrade. When I booked the ticket it clearly said that a carry on and personal item were allowed, then they called and said only a personal item was allowed.
This is scam. They try and up sell you right away. They say they reschedule your flight immediately before even booking it with airline. They call you multiple times to upsé’. Any positive reviews are written by them! Stay away, it’s too cheap to be true. Scammer through and through
SCAM LIKE EVERYONE ELSE SAYS 5 STAR AND ANYTHING ABOVE ARE CLEARLY ROBOTS booked my original flight, got a call saying that I need to pay more just like everyone else said (flexible dates, limited seating) so they said I need to upgrade for double the price to bring a carry on and add a suitcase. Customer service is awful and you can’t even get a word in. I’m writing this review before their transaction has come out and try blocking the payment as of course with any scam NO REFUNDS
