They ship what I order, and it arrives either quickly or they contact me and it ships in a reasonable amount of time if it runs out.

I'm sorry to say but it's been 2 weeks…
I'm sorry to say but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten my order yet. They say the item is in stock and it should have been shipped out on July 5th but still hasn't came in 2 weeks later. I've known this company for years and they're still slow on their workmanship and taking care of customers correctly.

Great Service
We dealt with Joe who helped with our truss order. He connected us with the engineering Dept of the company to make sure we had a well designed stage with no structural risks. The process was quick and efficient. Once ordered, the shipment arrived in just a few days from LA. This differs from our last order from a different company that took several weeks. The pricing was very competitive and we are satisfied with our choice of Farralane as our vendor.

Ordered product (triangle truss) mid December, received one email indicating delay issues with vendor, asking if alternates might work. Gave info as to specifics, received a reply indicating Joseph would call me with further info. No calls, also no response to follow-up emails requesting updates. I am 2 weeks out from must-have and no inkling whether I will receive this or any alternate product. .

I placed an order then was told light not available for 8 weeks and still waiting on credit.
I placed an order, then when I went to print out specs after I processed order. The light came up as being $40 less. I called and spoke to a gentleman who said he'd discount it to $70 so not sure why it wouldnt be $49 instead of $89. Then he called and said he was going to issue credit because light was 8 weeks out, then he was going to check on a shorter fixture and now I havent heard anything back. As its stands, I've been charged $109.74, no idea if i'm getting light or not? Credit was not issued. So I would have to give this company a very poor rating!
