This is a scam do not use it. You will send everything in and they will delay your order because they find something wrong with it. I had to get my picture done twice by places they recommended and both photos passed at Walgreens before I sent them in. This company did not try to take the pictures to my appointment they just said they were rejected. Spoke to someone on the phone who said that maybe the people who reviewed the photo reviewed the wrong one but it would take up to 48 hours to find out. Each time something went wrong with my order and I had to send corrections I was not contacted until the evening when FedEx had already had their expedited pick up for the day. They do not care about helping and will try to make you pay extra to upgrade when they are the ones causing the significant delay. Waste of money and the agents on the phone will hang up on you. Had to pay them to ship my passport back to me so I can go drive 4 hours to get it done in person since their estimated delivery time after everything was after my trip. So much money wasted do not do it

More of the same bull, the company asked me here to call and resolve the issue. As always, I get nothing but answering machines, and two weeks later my stuff is still not resolved. Save your money.

Working with this company was terrible from the beginning, I should’ve known they were gonna be nothing but problems. So first of all, I’ve used them in the past and back when I used them the last time m, like 15 years ago, they were great. This time They were far from great, in my eyes what they did was criminal.So I paid all the expedition fees to have my passport done in 30 days, paid them, spoke to them. They said it was no problem. They would handle it. Five months later, I still didn’t have my passport. And getting people on the phone at their agency was nearly impossible. I had to fool The automated service each every single time and say I had to talk to someone to basically pay them, and then I would get transferred to an agent who take my phone call. If you call them tell let them know you have a problem, all they do is take a voicemail message and they never call you back. Ever.When finally I got sick of waiting for my passport, eight months later, I said I want my money back. Once again, I got the runaround. They made me send some paperwork to someplace in West Palm. I had to mail it in of course. And then after two more months of not hearing from them. I called back. And then I got an email after the phone call saying they weren’t gonna give me my refund. This place is a scam. Save your money go to someone else.

Do not recommend, horrible experience! My plans changed within two days of starting my new passport application. I never completed it and wanted to get a refund. No option to contact online, no support email. My only option was to call, which I did, and they had me fill out an online cancelation form. They said it would take two business days... this was 3 weeks ago, 15 business days. I've called repeatedly and get the same answer that their billing system is behind. Again I do not recommend this service.

They did exactly what they promised. I had my reps cell phone and called for help multiple times and each time was helped. This is the real deal. Another we called asked for 1500 for a 4-day renewed passport and looking into it we discovered it was a scam. Fast passports is real

Was told that my passport would arrive via overnight FedEx - now it's arriving via USPS late. The communication from Fastport was nonexistant, I got more help from the State Department. Save your money and DON'T USE THEM!

Directions from Fastport conflicted…
Directions from Fastport conflicted with the procedures at the post office, which caused a week-long delay while I tried to get a clear path to follow. When I called Fastport for help, I got someone whose proficiency with the English language prevented us from being able to properly communicate. When I asked for another representative who I might have been able to better understand, she absolutely refused. I eventually had to completely dump Fastport from the process and did it myself. I just signed up and they never called…
I just signed up and they never called me back. My order number is GW-9F83.... and I filled out the application and got this number to complete my application 1-800-220-1759, and no one ever picks up the phone. I have a rush order and there is no hope to get to the post office in time now for our trip.

Good, but not perfect
Basically, we are satisfied with FastPort Passport. They got the job done and that is what we hired them to do. Just two suggestions: (1) It is very difficult to talk to a live person. When I finally got through, they were very helpful. (2) You did a great job letting us know when our passports arrived at the government passport office but, then you disappeared. When you finally sent me a message saying that "My passport is on its way," I has already received my passport two weeks prior!

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSPORT!!! This service is no longer what it used to be. I used them to expedite my husband's passport about 6 years ago and it was amazing. They made it so easy, they always answered the phone, they called me if there were any issues or if they needed anything. NO LONGER. I submitted my renewal application to them the last week of February (4-7 weeks wait time for the expedited service at the time, and an additional $189 on top of the government passport and expedited fees) so i could go on a driving trip to Canada with my family this Thursday (May 11th, 2023). That is 10 weeks before my travel date. They held onto my passport application for 1 MONTH before I asked them for my application status. Turns out Fastport Passport rejected my photo and sent me an email asking for a new photo, which got filtered into spam. I didn't see it until 4 weeks after submitted my application. I mailed a new photo to them the day I found the email in my spam folder. It took them a WEEK to then submit my application to the Department of State. So, after submitting my application the last week of February, it wasn't until the first week of April that my application finally made it to the Department of State. Well, in that time, the Dept. of State had received an influx of so many other applications that "expedited" now means 7-9 weeks. They have now estimated that I won't receive my passport until as early as next week (too late to have my passport and go on my trip) or as late as the first week of May!! I no longer recommend this service. I have tried to call several times. I have never gotten through to speak to anyone. I requested a call back each time but only actually received a call back once. When they called me back they left me a voicemail that just gave me my application status and COMPLETELY IGNORED my request for a refund of their fee of an additional $189. I have sent emails asking for a refund of their fee and haven't gotten a reply yet. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PASSPORT! Use a different service or just do it yourself. Fastport Passport is not the company it used to be, apparently, and has almost nonexistent customer service and doesn't complete the services they advertise. I will update this review if they refund me their fee of the additional $189. It's a waste of money and this company is now a scam. Which is awful, because they used to be great.

Don’t do it!
Takes forever to get a person! Everything is by email or 800 number you wait and wait to get a person working from their home. I called left messages and then had to call back numerous times. I was disconnected with one lady and she never even called me back. One week I waited to be able to just download the forms. Still I can’t download forms. There isn’t a costumer service area and they told me they will not refund me my money, over $700! I have used several agencies. I thought this was one of them. Don’t do it. Keep looking! Seriously!!
