Please don’t believe this company it’s a scam , horrible ass lazy people that don’t want to work all they want is to steal money . They broke my heart all I wanted was to get myself a new fur baby
Successful got my package although it was hectic but my package arrived and I was refunded
** READ THIS REVIEW **Its a scam, all a scam. Nothing else. Person who i WAS suppose to get a puppy from, settled up a delivery company. HE, Yes The person who sent was sending the puppy, picked this company. We did not. We Paid £799.99 to this Company, the said its for his cage rent and his health booklet and the stuff that is needed to look after him, we asked why it was so costy, The lady that replied to us said " Its refundable, all cost will be refundable when the package has been delivered" We said fine as we just wanted the puppy to come safely, (if their is actually a puppy at this point, as i said all i scam ) Next email we get they request £999.99. We said why? Why do you want another payment? Lady said through email " Its for his vet " We already payed 799.99 for it. Why do we have to do it again? We asked for a phone number, no phone number. We asked for the location, no location has been sent. We asked to speak to the manager, no manger was available at this time. They sent 1 document saying it was fine and that was after we sent complains and saying we arent going to pay. We payed £999.99. As we just wanted the puppy to come. Next email comes with " You have to pay another £699.99 " And at that point it was a p*ss take. WHY WE ASKED. THEY SAID FOR HIS INJECTION. WE ALREADY PAYED FOR HIS INJECTION. We asked for the puppy location they said thats not important. Well it is important. After a while they sent the location of the airport. We said we will come and see the puppy. They said no, the airport doesnt let anyone in. We called the airport and asked " Is their any puppys in the airport at this current moment? " The lady at the airport said no. We asked if their was a delivery company called Fastwayglobaldeliver.com members or any information about them being here today at that current aiport. She said no. Its all a scam, Do NOT trust this company at all. We got no puppy or our money refunded. The owner is also part of it. If he cared so much he said he had friends who worked there, he would of sorted the problem as i said before, he choose this delivery service. We did NOT! We saw this from a facebook page where we wanted to adopt this puppy. Do not trust anything from Facebook. Nothing. Its all dodgy. We have called the bank and hopefully we get our money back from this company and the person who "owns" the puppy. If their is even a puppy. Scammers, lowest of the low life. Please Do Not Trust This Company at ALL!!! Its disgusting.
