I placed a one-off order, and then three weeks later received a confirmation email for another order that I did not make. It turns out I had somehow been enrolled in a $65 per month subscription — something that was never made clear during my original purchase. At no point did it state that I was signing up to ongoing monthly orders.
I contacted customer service immediately (within seconds of receiving the confirmation email) to cancel the order and the subscription, but received no response at all.
The lack of transparency around the subscription and the complete absence of customer support is extremely disappointing. This experience has felt very misleading.

I only give 3 stars because of the horrible service- the customer service is just a pain.
First, the order took weeks to arrive.I ordered the Peel Shot Rice Ampoule Duo with the 'order one and get one free'-offer. In the end, I only received one, and when I reached out to customer service, I got told that my order would have been sent correctly. Also, my photo proof could not convince the customer service; I felt quite mistrusted and perceived the interaction as very rude.
Still considering if I would order again, but would buy it immediately when I saw it in a shop.

I ordered an item from the website and received the wrong item
I ordered an item from the website and after waiting for almost a month i received the wrong items. Afterwards i contacted customer support and received a tardy mail back in which i was told the item was correct and that only the packaging was changed due to the site not being updated yet. The item however was completely different and the website still offered the item id originally ordered with the same name, packaging and discription. The response was clearly AI generated and a lie. I mailed again and after waiting another week i was told id be sent a replacement soon. Without apoligy or without having taken accountability it seems that they hope il forget about it.
Id never order from here again and sincerely advise against others bringing this company any traffic.

They scam you with their buy one get one free offer. The peel shot rice ampoule duo can only be purchased as a set, 1 white and 1 black for £34. They advertise and show you in confirmation email that buy one get one free is 4 bottles total, then send you 2 bottles only and deny their offer! They take about a week to get back to you also. Overall the product itself is okay, it does exfoliate, it does not however remove blackheads/whiteheads as the videos show.
Reply. Item was not shipped correctly otherwise you wouldn’t have a bad review!! These people are liars. Perhaps they can resolve this by refunding me or sending me what I paid for? Oh and they are only willing to do anything about it if I remove this review. What does that tell you. My review on their website has not been made viewable, probably explain why they only have 4 and 5* reviews. They have emailed again saying they will only resolve their error if I remove the review as a good will. Except this is their error!

Second review after trialling rosacea corrector
It seems my other review may have been flagged as a fake review as I cant find it, but I can assure you I have recieved my order of the rosacea corrector.
I like the product. It helps with the bumps but it does nothing for the diffuse redness like oxymetazoline 1% cream.
The rosacea corrector is a clear liquid that spreads well. I use it morning and night under my other products and have been using it for 3 weeks. It doesn't pill with my other products which is a bonus.
I dont know that I would buy it again due to the extensive shipping delays but I will use the 2 bottles I have as I noticed an immediate reduction in rosacea bumps.
Id love to be able to find out the concentrations of the active ingredients but have not been able to find them.
