We ordered 8-6' tall door gates for our commercial steel building on 9/19/23. Matt told us will be ready in two weeks, He showed us the type of gate latch and J-bolts we would get so we approved it. The order wasn't ready in two weeks and Matt called to add another week. This was disappointing as we already planned installation and then had to cancel it. We went to pick up our order on 10/11/23. The gates were loaded and Matt showed us some other latch they fabricated and different J-bolts. We also noticed in in better light that the tubes were spray painted with a can, had runs all over, weld smoke hadn't been cleaned off, the tube joints didn't match and had large gaps, areas on the tubes had no paint, so he gives us a spray can saying we could paint them.It all had scuff marks making them look used and re-worked. Matt offered a return and refund before we left and I said we'll think it over. We then left for home. FYI there is no quality here, very amateurish work. Furthermore, we were shown parts we were ordering and getting, but what we got was something different and so badly made that they couldn't be used. 10/11/23, I called and texted Matt pictures of our concerns and today he told us that he would issue a refund of those parts and send us the correct flip-locking latches we were suppose to get via overnight. We had to postpone leaving on vacation just to see if they actually arrive tomorrow.We will give an update of that experience.

I found out the fence had not been treated with anti-mold product. Richard Fish did not help at all. I called again and he denied they even sold fences.This is a shoddy company!

Will Take Your Money But Not Provide Goods
Ordered in early December 2021. Was advised it would be 6-8 weeks for 'Will-Call' pickup since I would he picking up. After not receiving notification in allotted time, I tried to contact several times over course of three months. Never received a response. Finally found a way to reach owner. He blamed sick staff (Covid), ongoing website issues, phone system messed up, email down, etc. and promised to contact me the following day and confirm refund. He never called. After that, his mailbox was full. The business website menu didn't work and all mailboxes were full...hmmm. They took my pre-payment in Dec 2021 with no technical issues. They even sent a marketing email to buy fence material through them even though I had just purchased. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I had to have my credit card company conduct a fraud investigation to refund my money. If CapitalOne deems it fraud, that's not good. BBB gives an 'F' rating. Their website is still up and, apparently, taking orders. I urge others who have been charged and misled to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office and with the BBB.

They will steal from you without a shred of remorse. Running a small fencing company is hard enough, but when you are scammed out of more than 20, 000, it makes it even harder.Paid for material that was ready to ship on Jan 5, since then I have heard nothing from this company other than excuses. That is, when you can actually reach someone. And that someone is Richard Fish the owner.From there you will hear the same excuse, Covid, or the Flu, or family emergencies or ice storms. Those are all the same excuses we've been hearing since January 5th.We contacted the company who had the materials and were told Fence Supply Online owes them money from previous orders. They too cannot reach anyone regarding what is going on. From the looks of it, Fence Supply Online has started the business of cut and run. Stealing money from other people and vanishing like a bunch of thieves in the night.I was able to get Richard on the phone after contacting them through Facebook, which I might add, is still posting, but not able to refund its customers, answer questions or pay their bills. He told me he would automatically refund the money, but again, all you get with Richard Fish and Fence Supply Online is lies, excuses, and wasted time.It's going to be a long legal process to get our money back seeing as this business is in Tarrant County Texas and we're in a different state. But we're going ahead anyway to try and recoup the money and lost wages along with damage to the reputation of business since this company has cost us quite a few jobs, cost us the confidence in our company, and ultimately the ability to provide our customers with fence material that they purchased.Richard Fish is nothing but a con artist who scams small business and is never heard from again. You may wish to file a police report with your county and Tarrant County where the business is located. Called and spoke to Richard and explained that to him and his response was, don't go there cowboy and he would hit the refund button. I promptly told him to Absolutely do that and my name was not cowboy! What kind of customer service is this? They NEVER stated it would be 3 or4 weeks when I ordered it. I was shopping online for a welder and seen fence supply online had the model welder i wanted and was advertising it for great price compared to every one else. So I e-mailed fence supply online to ask if the welder i wanted was in stock.. I get a fast responce from Richard fish stating that the model# I inquired about was discontinued and no longer available. But yet it still listed for sale on site..any ways! Mr. Fish tells me he has the upgraded version of discontinued model I wanted for a super good price.. so good Mr. Fish had all competitors sale price beat by $300 or more.. so I asked him how do I buy it from him at the price he quoted.. he gave me a telephone number said to call and place order over phone.. then I asked how long does his company take to ship out instock items he replied usually 24-36 hours we ship ups. I purchased the welder and got order confirmation and my order was being prepared for shipment and that I will be notified soon as it ships out.. its been seven days since purchase. Mr.fish has not responded to any of my e-mails since he put in my order and processed my payment.. now seven days later and four un answered e-mails I'm getting upset and feeling more like a victim instead of a customer I call the store long story short they forgot to ship it out and blaming employees at their store in colorado.. This is what upsets me the most by what was told to me next is "we got a shipment of welders from manuf. but they all have chips missing they are on back order from manufacture.. so basically we have the welder but it needs a little brain.. I asked so when is it actually gona ship the guy said he would have a tracking number for me later on today... that never happened either

They've had my money from 5 months- no satisfaction.
I placed a $1K+ order in August 2020, and my card was promptly charged. Five months later, I have not received the product I paid for. I have left MANY, MANY voice messages requesting a call back. Crickets. No one ever answers the phone, and no one has ever returned a call. I understand that the pandemic is causing delays in many industries, and I can make allowances for that, up to a point, if there is at least communication, but this silence for so long is totally unacceptable. I would suspect that the business had closed entirely, but the website is still up, and the phone system still answers and directs me to voice mail. I'm going to have to take more drastic measures immediately. Obviously, I cannot recommend this company. As far as I can tell, they have simply stolen my money.
