I would not even give this company 1 star. Our experience was awful! It took Fidelity two weeks to get the car from the United States into Canada. They didn’t have the proper paperwork completed which caused the car to be delayed longer. They would blame everyone else for their mistakes with the paperwork and were condescending over the phone as well as in emails. They then made us get the paperwork corrected with the border control (we had to drive hours back and forth dealing with this) which should not have been the customer’s issue or worry. Additionally, we shipped a car for another family member the same week where the driver demanded more money on the spot to take the car. This company is horrible!
This is a scam. They took my car and money and one day prior to delivery, had decided to raise the price on me. This is obviously a breach of contract and holding the car against it is illegal. But super-Eddie Rock does not care about the law or his customers. He had succeeded in:1- Raising the price on me, breaching his contract2- Holding the car hostage to force me to pay $300 moreDon’t do like I did, read the reviews! You will see many others got screwed by this fraudulent company!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I booked in January to have my car brought back from San Diego to Toronto for last week in March. I called every day for a week telling them I was leaving on a plane on the Monday March 27th & needed my car picked up. No one bothered to tell me they could not find transport & if I did not have a cousin who lived an hour away I have not idea what I would have done. I was renting & had to be out of my parking spot. Eddie the dispatch guy was so rude & not apologetic when I finally got hold of him Monday afternoon. They close on the weekends & apparently do not answer any calls till Monday so what would be the point of an answering service! My car finally left on Wednesday. Fidelity does not have their own trucks so only book with someone that does as the guy who finally picked up my car said they just got the call that day! And Fidelity were fully paid in January! Also I was told I would be keep informed of where my car was & I was not. Only once did they email me to say my car would be crossing the border on a certain day & it crossed almost a week latter but no one told me anything. Put in a couple of calls to find out where my car was & still waiting for someone to get back to me LOL
I often forget to write a review when a partner performs as promised. But, in this case, the effort I s warranted. I bought the Platinum coverage from Fidelity when I purchased my car in Las Vegas from Hertz Rental. I since moved back to the East Coast. I have had the coverage for about 21/2 years, and have maintained my car with regular oil changes and tire rotations. I had an unexpected issue with suspension that was discovered during a routine inspection by the local dealer. They called Fidelity and reviewed the issue with them. In very short order, while I waited, Fidelity approved the parts and repair, and authorized a rental car, since the dealer needed to have the vehicle overnight. The entire process was handled expeditiously and completely well. The car was repaired perfectly and I was on my way the next day. Thank you!
The service was first-rate. Communication was excellent and the delivery was on time and there were absolutely no problems. I would highly recommend Fidelity. We were delighted with the results.

Having never shipped a car in the past , I was unsure what to expect. My experience with this company could not have been any better. My transport coordinator, Odalis, answered my numerous question and put me at ease as what to expect. Very professional and organized, detailed emails to document everything, I highly recommend this company , provide highest quality of service and overall shipping experience.
This has been the worst experience I've seen with a shipping company, I'm a Plant Manager whom ships product by Rail and Trucks daily, I contacted Fidelity on Wednesday September 2nd to contract a pick up of a Motorcycle from Vero Beach, FL, from Sniders Bikes, the vehicle was picked up on September 2nd, I called the biking company to confirm that it was picked up, and it was. I then called the driver of the hauling company to get an approximate ETA, he told me he'll be in Indiana by Saturday 4th of September, I waited around the house all day, didn't get a call from the driver, so I called him to see where he was, He tells me in Georgia, I said in Georgia, it took you three days to make it to Georgia, He then said that he would make it to me by Sunday and call me within 3 hours of his arrival. I waited at Home all Sunday, later in that day I Called the driver again, He was sleeping and said he would call me back, second day didn't call at all again. So all throughout this weekend I'm calling the company whom I booked the transport with (Fidelity Auto Shipping) to report this mishap, So Monday gets here the driver text me his location which is a couple of hours out after a customer service rep from fidelity contacted him, the they told me he would be contacting me by 3:30pm that was the drop off time, so i sat around the house yet another day waiting, this guy never called or showed, it is now Tuesday the 7th of September, I called Fidelity again to complain about this service and got conflicting stories from customer service, that the driver would be at my place in a half hour in her notes but didn't tell me or call me, so I called back a couple of hours later and another rep told me after reading the notes that the driver would be at my place in an hour, I'm like which is it at this point, This is a company that I recommend not to do business with, they are liars, and very unprofessional, I only went with this company because they promised they could get the vehicle to me sooner than the dealer, which the dealers shipper was 300 dollars cheap and would have arrived on the 8th. I've asked to speak to a Manager now for 2 days and i left my number the first time for a return call, then i was told this second time a manager will call me back in a few minutes, that didn't happen. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR FOLLOW UP, POOR CHOICE OF CARRIER AND DRIVER.!!!!!!!
They will say whatever it takes to get your business... after they pick up the vehicle, they change the terms of the agreement. Communication was poor after money was wired to them. They told me that they were moving this below their cost, but they make it up by charging administration fees ($1,500.00 USD extra). They turned out to be the highest carrier by far. Vehicle was delivered relatively on time (2-3 weeks late), but overall service was very unnerving. They really left me with the impression that they are all about the money with poor service. Get everything in Writing. I will never use them again.
Unbelievable. I should have read the many negative reviews. They will over promise and under deliver. Not only did they take over 3 months to ship a vehicle on representations they made for 2 months, they did not communicate to manage our expectations. When we inquired, the owner "Eddie" simply denied events and cited his own false records to blame us. Now fully 4 months later, they are fraudulently withholding $1,750.75 we had to pay the shipper to release our vehicle because they negligently didn't forward our payment on to them. More empty promises to repay and further delays without repayment. Even as we chase that money down, they ignore us. Don't be fooled by the kind women on the phone. The guy in charge is unethical and literally acting criminally by stealing your money. We'll now have to settle this legally at additional cost to us and them. Will continue to alert people in various review platforms: Stay away! p.s. He replies to reviews trying to sound reasonable but notice how many people have had bad experiences. #fidelityscam
One of the worst people to go with, i agree with most of the people here , these guys are careless and very irresponsible when it comes to customer needs and urgency, I didnt read the reviews I felt its not true but as im going through that rough journey with these guys I believe it now , I paid my money a month and half ago to transport from canada to usa till now there is no response about my pickup and no one answer the phone call and no one even responds to emails , worst customer service ever.Don't waste your time by going with these guysThanks for the response,First of all ,You guys promised me that you will ship my vehicle and bike separately and charged me 4500 USD and at the end you hauled my motorcycle on top of my truck and got it to MT, when you picked up my truck and bike my truck was driven over 100 miles and when I asked about it no response , now you are charging me for the import fee that is 3700 $ which you havent mentioned any thing about, I tried calling so many times to office no response , no response to emails.My motorcycle is over 450 Kgs and it's been hauled on the truck since more than 7 days and my shocks for truck are gone for which you guys don't have any response,What you promised is different from what you are delivering , no response to speak to superiors , not even an apology from any of the team members ,Stop hiding the truth and don't cover the facts in the reviews , if you want to sort this out please call me and im waiting since 4 days for calls and email responses.I want people to know the facts so I'm writing this lengthy comment about the abuse you guys are doing with my case
Do not use this company. Took weeks to pick up my vehicle when promised earlier dates. Gave a quote and then once the vehicle is in their possession hold it hostage to charge you more (even though you have in email correspondence from them stating this is door to door total cost). They do not communicate anything. Left email after email and voice mail after voice mail. No response. Opened official complaint on FMCSA. Still waiting for my vehicle after they picked it up over 3 weeks ago. Not sure at what point I report the vehicle stolen. Would never use this company or subject anyone to use them.
Fidelity did a great job bringing our car back to Canada from Palm Desert to Vancouver during this covid 19 crisis.They kept in constant communication withus and always took my calls if I had a question. During this unprecedented time, there was a slow down at the border with processing of about 4 days, but this is understandable with all the problems the coronavirus has caused brought. Thanks to Kim and staff for all your help! Stay safe!
DO NOT USE THEM DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS. THEY PROMISED TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE BY A CERTAIN DAY BUT DIDN'T. SO WHEN I CANCELED THE ORDER THEY CHARGED ME 80.00 OF MY 145.00 DEPOSIT. AGAIN THEY ARE CROOKS TRYING TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT AND NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES.

I would highly recommend using Fidelity Auto Shipping. I shipped my Mazada with no issues on the booking, scheduling, pick up or transporting. They were awesome with no hidden fees, extremely cost competitive and professional. I would use them again.
A horrible company!!!!!!! They are a liar!!!!I told them and wrote them email that my car is gls suv, and they took pictures of my car. But when delivery, they said the contract was a sedan cls! And they only call you half an hour before picking up, and requires you to pay cash, I believe they are trying to escape taxes. And they increase 250$, the worst thing is they damage my car , but won’t admit it, they kept my kids crying and made my kids nose bleeding. They are lying to get money. I have to sue them!

Put yourself in my shoes, you definitely know how many stars the company earns for their business.My husband was transferred by air ambulance from Orlando to Toronto; and we must bring our car back home as soon as possible. Placing the order to our car arriving home just only 4 days. If you have the Questions, you get the Answers right away (by email in my case) and friendly.The last wonderful part was the driver who brought my car back. At the time he came where to drop off my car, I was in the hospital with my husband, 15' to take me there, so I could not make it on time. He did drive my car to pick up me at the hospital and drop me home. So, tell me what the right word I should put in this review...So many thank to Odayly U., Demissa R. and Lawrence....
